  The service I received was excellent. I can’t think of the service advisors name but he was great. He was very knowledgeable and understanding. He was very detailed and helped with the whole process. Even offered a bottle of water on a very hot day.

  Checked out the new shop today - PHENOMENAL crew! Had a great chat while I was waiting with Daniel and the gentlemen at the front of my car - didn’t catch his name! They were above and beyond. The service was far more thorough than any of the other Valvolines I have been too.

  I am ALWAYS happy when I stop at Valvoline. Now that we have one in Monroe, they get my service. I enjoy it when I go there. I know my truck is taken care of. Keep up the good work!!

  Store Manager Daniel Was Great From The Jump ; I had an excellent experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The staff was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable from the moment I arrived. They explained everything they were doing, answered all of my questions, and never pressured me into purchasing services I didn’t need. The oil change was completed quickly, and I appreciated how they checked my fluids, tire pressure, and other maintenance items while keeping me informed throughout the process. The customer service was outstanding, and everyone worked together as a team to make sure I left satisfied. I will definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend this Valvoline location to my family and friends.

  This location is new and has only been open for seven days. Daniel is the location manager and he is doing an amazing job with the technicians. They didn't have my oil is stock because they're new, he located the oil and had it delivered and was able to change my oil. Continue this type of customer service for years to come.
