  The first thing that they did, before taking possession of my car, was to give me a bottle of water. These people are certainly very friendly and customer-oriented! Prices are reasonable. Service time was slower than promised, but it was lunch time and that may have been due to lunch breaks or shift changes. Would definitely recommend!

  Absolutely amazing customer service from pulling in to the parking lot and was exceptional service from front end to completion the assistant manager was top notch! Very respectful, polite and service was amazing I will definitely be recommending everyone I know to Strickland Brothers! Being that I’m married to a Strickland I know first hand how respectful and nice the Strickland’s are off I could give the a 10 star rating I definitely would. Thanks Strickland Brothers for the amazing service.

  Went in for an inspection. I mentioned that I had just replaced my battery earlier that day. I was told that my inspection would fail if they did it right then. Advised me that I would have to drive the car 50-75 miles so that the car's computer would reset. I have never heard of that, but did as they advised. Came back after driving 62 miles, and passed inspection! So glad they advised me of that! ✅️

  There was 4 cars when I pulled up. We stayed in the car because of the heat. When they were ready for me a few minutes later. I told the tech Josh I would have to get my handicap sister out before pulling in. She can walk just takes a minute to get her out of the vehicle. He said no y'all can stay in the vehicle. I got in the back seat and he drove us in. And drove us out when he was done and we were out of there. One simple act of kindness can ripple a whole day and it did. Thank you guys for always being amazing. I will forever be a customer. Oh and there's always a coupon on the mail or they can send you a link. They wanna help people the best they can.

  Prior to visiting Strickland Brothers today I went to Jiffy Lube to get a quick oil change. Once they pulled my SUV in, one guy came over and told me my oil plug was too tight and they couldn’t get it out. I explained to him that they were the last ones to change my oil so if in fact my plug was over tightened, they were the responsible party. Then another guy came out and told me it was a new protocol that they were not allowed to remove metal plugs from plastic pans and I should go take it up with Dodge. After leaving there I went to Strickland Brothers where they listened to my concern about the plug possibly being too tight, but said they would take a look. Brian had zero trouble removing my oil plug, in fact said it was one of the easier ones he had removed today. So obviously my problem wasn’t an over tightened oil plug or the fact that it’s metal, or that I drive a Dodge, my problem was Jiffy Lube and their incompetence and or laziness! Needless to say Jiffy Lube will never get anymore of my business. Moving forward I will be coming back everytime to see Brian at Strickland Brothers. He was a very nice guy and seemed very knowledgeable, but I most appreciate the fact that he didn’t assume I have no idea how a car works just because I’m a woman. So ladies if you need a mechanic that will be straight with you despite your gender go see Brian at Strickland Brothers Monroe!
