  The guys at East Franklin location in Monroe, NC were exceptionally helpful and kind. They were quick to help and fix my tire in a timely manner. We will definitely use them again!

  Justin at Mavis was amazing to work with! My brakes went out, he went above and beyond to help me. It was fast and very friendly service. I would definitely recommend!!!

  I can on one Sunday to have air pressure checked in tires Sean was so very helpful….. I can back that next Sunday to have them checked because it still shows pressure was leaking he checked and I had a nail they quickly Took me in and fixed it. Awesome service because I live 45 mins away

  Had all brake pads and just the front rotors replaced. The manager Justin was very professional and honest. He saved me money because the dealership said I needed new rotors on rear tires and when Justin inspected them he said it wasn't necessary yet. He took the time to explain everything in terms that anyone could understand. The tech Johny did an awesome job and was very polite and professional. This was one of the best experiences I have had at a repair shop. I would highly recommend them. When shopping around keep in mind Mavis has a lifetime warranty on their break pads!!!!

  The Mavis near me was very busy, my plug lasted the drive to this location. Staff pulled up my account and ensured they had a matching tire for me, was able to get me in and out in under an hour for a reasonable price. This location does not have a childrens entertainment corner like thenone near me, but did have a TV with some on demand childrens shows. Great company, service, and staff. Mavis is my preferred Tire replacement company to patron, and with the service they provide they will continue to be.
