  Justin was such a help! I was so concerned being new to the area, I found a nail in my tire and felt unsafe driving- immediately called Justin gave me all the information I needed, told me to stop into the shop before they close and he was able to get my tire patched patched up! It’s very hard to find places now a days that don’t try to run you for all your money! I highly recommend Justin to everyone! I’ll absolutely be coming here moving forward! What an angel! I was in and out it was the most seamless and pleasant experience I’ve EVER had. Justin is an asset to this location for sure!!!

  If you need brakes, oil change any and everything tire related go see Justin in Monroe at 404 East Franklin he has superb customer service and is knowledgeable in his areas of expertise. You won't be disappointed in his Grade A service .

  Mavis and Landon are top notch! Originally I had gone to a different "tire shop" who advise the tire was damaged and would have to be replaced. Their price didn't seem to reasonable so I called Mavis and they provided a much BETTER quote for the same tire. Once I arrived for the new tires, Landon inspected the tire in question and determine the tire was in such despair as the other "tire shop" stated. It ended up being a small nail that the other "tire shop" did not find as well as the damaged they claimed was not in fact actual damage. Thankfully Mavis and Landon are honest and reputable, repairing my tire instead of conning me into buying new tires. Best customer service and best prices around!

  Had a tire issue and stopped by Mavis to get it fixed. They took care of everything, hassle free and were really friendly about the whole thing. Solid service, would go back again if I need anything else done. I’ve been to a number of other Mavis locations and they are always good it seems like.

  The truck in front of me lost some boards off his bed. I could not swerve due to oncoming traffic. The trim around my wheel was knocked off dragging. Mavis was my nearest stop. Justin gladly looked at my predicament and offered to attach the trim at least so I could get home without it getting worse and at no charge!! This is amazing service. THANK YOU!!!!
