  Landon had great customer service skills-he had my vehicle in and out in less than an hour. He also explained several things about my tire that I didn't know, and that other mechanic shops hadn't mentioned. Other customers in the waiting area were saying great things about their previous experiences at Mavis; I'd never been prior to today, but will definitely be back and highly recommend!

  When I brought my car in for an oil change, I had amazing customer service! Landen was so kind and efficient, getting my car done within the time estimated. Definitely will recommend.

  I had a great experience at this tire shop. They fixed my tire quickly and professionally, and the staff was friendly and honest throughout the whole process. The pricing was fair, and they got me back on the road much fast. I really appreciated their customer service and attention to detail. Definitely recommend this shop if you need tire repairs

  I had a small screw in my no spare Honda Hybrid. I googled “Tire Repair, Monroe, NC Sunday” and drove directly to Mavis 404 E Franklin St. walked in and handed my keys to Landon… In under 30 minutes he brought my key back and said the tire was removed, patched internally, guaranteed not to leak. Complementary at no cost.. In and out in less than 30 minutes snd back on the road.. This is my second great customer experience at Mavis Tire and Brakes!

  Came in after a bad experience elsewhere & needed one tired re-placed. Walked in and they asked me a few questions, took my keys, and had my car ready to go in 45 minutes! & I had no appointment! It was very refreshing compared to most places. They also ended up looking at some other noises I was concerned about; invited me to come look & explained everything to me so well. I'm very impressed and please with their services! Great group of guys at the front & in the shop! I will definitely return!
