  I had a terrible experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I made my original reservation weeks in advance, but just one day before pick-up, I adjusted the reservation by one day, moving it to the evening. Yet, just a few hours before my scheduled pick-up, I got a call saying they had no cars available. What’s worse, they refused to offer any solutions or negotiate at all. This was completely unacceptable—no communication, no backup plan, and a total lack of customer care. I won’t be renting from them again.

  Needed a rental since we were in a car accident and vehicle needed repair. Process was quick and easy and Alan the representative that helped me was great to work with!

  Site manager lacks conflict resolution skills. Refusing several requests to speak with his Superior. After a few more words, he proceeded to end the call.

  This location is absolutely THE best of Enterprise, or any other company I’ve ever used. Great staff, efficient, hard working and polite. Breath of fresh air nowadays. Keep it up!

  My go to car renters. I booked through a 3rd party the week after spring break. They didnt have any cars at the time i wanted to pick up a car but they told me they will let me know when a car is available. That was the 2nd car place that told me they will call me back and the only place I got a call from was this office and I appreciate the extra steps in getting me in a car that day.
