  I had a family emergency and needed help fast, and the team in Monroe went above and beyond for me. Mason was incredibly helpful and was able to get me into a car just minutes before closing time, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Tin was also amazing and very helpful in arranging a ride for me to pick up my car from the mechanic shop. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out. Overall, outstanding service from an incredible team in Monroe. I’m very grateful for how smoothly they handled everything and highly recommend them!

  This location does not hold to the Enterprize's standard of care. Customer service is no existence ,Contact by phone was impossible, on hold for over an hour then got disconnected.

  We had to wait over an hour after our scheduled pick up time to receive our car. Once the car was received, it was not in the best condition. We were given a broken key fob, the car was not clean, and had a poor smell. We were told it was the last available car. I understand being busy, but things like that make for an unpleasant experience.

  Great team ... we came on a busy day right after the long weekend and they still gave proper attentention, moved as fast as they could. Would recomend. We will be back.

  They never have the car I booked ready to go. They either switch me to another car or make me wait forever for them to get one ready. This location needs more staff.
