  The experience was great. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. From getting the car. Enterprise picked me up. To the return the process was exceptional! Nathan handled the return, although they were extremely busy. Nathan had one of the employees drive me home. Everyone I dealt with was outstanding!

  This location is in Monroe, NC. I booked through Expedia and it said the hours were 12-4 on Sunday. We received a call at 11:30 about picking up the car and were more than 30 minutes away. The staff waited on us to pick up the car we needed to take our son back to college. Appreciate them understanding and told them the hours were wrong on Expedia.

  Enterprise is terrible!!!!! Had reservation for weeks for pickup....arrive at 8am and car not ready! Then was suppose to have Sattelite radio....took hours for them to program. Then we picked up nail in tire sidewall 6 hours from Monroe, and NO ONE WOULD HELP US! We spent hours calling for replacement car...NOTHING!!! Was told to get tire fixed. Every tire place too busy. Called customer service.....YOU GUESSED IT....NO HELP!!! HORRIBLE!!! I have a problem every single time I rent from them...but Monroe has no choice for cars!!!!

  The young guy that helped me out both times was fantastic. Super helpful, not pushy, and very friendly. He made small taught while handling all the paperwork and made you feel like taking care of you is the most important task at hand. Highly recommend this enterprise!
