  Tyler did an excellent job managing my service. He came out to the waiting area, introduced himself, thoroughly explained the process, and what I needed. I would definitely recommend Mavis to everyone.

  I’m new to the area so finding a place to care for my vehicle that is trusting was a must. I went in to have my headlight bulb changed on my Jeep. I had been to multiple mechanics and they told me that it was too difficult and that I would need to go to a dealership. But this place gave me hope. Blake was who assisted me and was determined to make sure I got my headlight bulb changed. Thanks again for all of your help!

  I use Mavis for all of my tire related needs and they always offer outstanding service with little wait time. I’ve had Tyler’s assistance at the Lexington and Mocksville locations, and he seems to be a wonderful asset to the team. Highly recommend!

  Wow, excellent customer service at a tire shop. I was surprised. I brought over 4 trailer tires to have metal valve stems installed. I provided the metal valve stems and they assisted me immediately, no waiting. Blake was awesome and the two techs went right to work. And the cost...no charge...since I had my own stems. Amazing!! They had the proper tools to torque the stems to 35in. pounds. The techs were careful not to spill the balancing beads in the tires, installed the stem and aired them up to 80psi. And then...they placed the tires in my truck. I could have done that, but again, great customer service. This is the second Mavis I've been to and it was a great experience both times.

  After having a very upsetting experience at another local tire shop, I stopped by Mavis Tire to ask a simple question about tire pressure. Tyler treated me with kindness and respect and never made me feel foolish for asking. Not only did he answer my question, but he checked the pressure in all four tires. To my surprise, he also said he wanted to check the spare tire. My car is a 2014 model, and despite having all my previous tires and work done at another shop, no one had ever checked the spare. Tyler discovered that it was supposed to have 60 pounds of pressure but only had 9! He filled it properly, and now I have peace of mind knowing that if I ever have to pull over and use my spare, it will actually be ready to go. Because of the outstanding service, I ended up getting new brakes and an oil change that same day. Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. Tyler’s attention to detail may have saved me from being stranded with a flat spare tire on the side of the road. I had an incredible experience and highly recommend Mavis Tire. Thank you, Tyler, for going above and beyond!
