I recently stopped by the Mocksville, NC location with an issue with the splash shields under my 2019 Murano having fallen down. The fasteners had either broken or had fallen out. The manager Blake told me he did not have them in house but he would be glad to install them for me if I could get them. I went to a local parts store and purchased them. I returned to Mavis and Blake, true to his word, quickly put the vehicle up on a lift and installed the fasteners and I was on my way. What an asset to the community you have with Blake. My wife and I were leaving on a trip to DC a couple of days later. I was very appreciative for his help and impressed with the level of service. It is so hard to find that level of caring in today’s world. I see many future visits to Mavis in the future thanks to great people like Blake.
