  The staff at Mavis were extremely professional with dismounting tires from my wheels. Tyler even went the extra mile and helped ratchet strap everything in the back of my truck bed!

  Great customer service. Andrew was very informative and my flat tire was fixed with no charge because we bought our tires from there.

  Airbags failed on my porsche, which caused my skid plate to rip apart. i stopped in and they put me right in and pulled the broken skid plate off. when no other shop would even put it in the air. class act here

  They didn't replace my old valve stims in the tire replacement and I paid for them to be replace in the service, but they didn't. I went back the next day and they tired to tell me that my 20 year old stims were fine when they weren't, but they did replace them anyway, then they didn't torque the wheels correctly, and they didn't put the correct psi in the tires either. The only thing they've got down there is customer service.

  Had a small leak in my tire and I went Mavis just to see if they could figure out what it was from, and not only did they found it was a nail but they also fixed it by patched it for me!!! For FREE!! The whole process was super fast and amazing customer service from one of the mechanics and from Blake the manager!! Highly recommend Mavis Tires and Brakes in Mocksville NC!!! Thanks guys!!!
