  Had a front brake rotor replaced on truck,around 3 weeks the bearing destroyed itself inside rotor with other parts, they said they would take care of the situation. Had a rollback take truck to Mavis tire in mocksville, they replaced all parts that was damaged, Great, they called truck ready, we pick up truck, wife drove it home heard a noise, took tire off to find missing and loose bolts on brake caliper and mount. They told my wife Sorry.All I'm saying is check behind their work.

  Stopped by your shop today and asked one of the guys either Tyler or Andrew to put on some windshield wipers for me and I would’ve have been glad to have paid to have them put on. I had already purchased these windshield wipers from O’Reillys but didn’t know how to put them on. Your employee said no charge to put them on for me and was just as nice as could be. I don’t forget these acts of kindness and I will come back and give you my business when needed. Great service with a smile! Hard to find anymore. Thank you again!!

  I had an amazing experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. The team took great care of my vehicle and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I had my shocks and struts replaced, and the difference is unbelievable — my car feels like it’s literally driving on a cloud now! The ride is so much smoother, quieter, and more comfortable than before. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. It’s hard to find a place that combines excellent workmanship with outstanding customer care, but Mavis absolutely delivered both. I truly appreciate the honesty, kindness, and quality service.   WOW! WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THANK YOU BLAKE! Ordered new tires for pontoon boat trailer from Walmart and took to their auto center and said they couldn't change them with their equipment. Stopped by Mavis up the street the street and they said they could. After competing they said I didn't owe a thing. I highly recommend Mavis because if they offer this kind of customer service for a non customer, I can only imagine how great they will be for an actual customer! Please support them!

  Excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. Tyler (Front Lead) and Blake (Front Trainee) were both outstanding to work with. They were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything regarding my tires, brakes, and alignment options without any pressure. What really stood out was their ability to guide me toward the best overall solution instead of just trying to upsell services. Tyler was extremely informative and patient answering questions, and Blake was attentive, eager to help, and provided great customer service as well. It’s refreshing to deal with a team that values honesty, communication, and customer care. Highly recommend this location if you want trustworthy advice and quality service.
