They told me I didn’t have a dipstick, which means that the last time I had my oil changed-at the same location- it wasn’t replaced in my car. Then they were out of oil filters and I had to wait until the dipstick and filter arrived. The dipstick didn’t fit. By this time, I had to leave for another appointment. When I left, I noticed they hadn’t reset my oil change notification. When I returned to get the correct dipstick, it took several of the workers to figure out the length was adjustable. I asked to have the oil change notification and the tech had to get someone else to do it, because he wasn’t up on new technology. My car is a 2010 model. When I got home, I realized they had switched everything to km from miles and the new oil change sticker had the previous “change by” mileage still on it; it wasn’t updated. Needless to say, I’ll find another place after this.

Nothing was wrong with the car safety wise, it all passed, however, be prepared for them to inspect "other" items and try to upsell you with outrageous prices. An engine air filter costs $14 and they quoted me $45.99 to change it, no way!
