⭐ 1 STAR — RUN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My experience with this towing company was absolutely unacceptable from beginning to end. First, the crew arrived unprepared and actually had to LEAVE THE SCENE of my disabled semi to go retrieve tools they should have had with them in the first place. It got worse. While removing my driveshaft for the tow, they damaged it. Based on what I witnessed, the removal was not handled properly, and now I’m left dealing with damage to my truck that I did not have before they worked on it. Then we traveled approximately FOUR MILES to the repair shop, and I was hit with a bill of roughly $1,000. That price was NOT disclosed to me beforehand. Had I been told what they intended to charge before the tow, I would have had the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to use their service. But the worst part: a part they removed from my driveshaft was LOST IN TRANSIT. I contacted both the owner and the driver trying to get the situation resolved. After going back and forth, I was ultimately informed that they would NOT replace the driveshaft part that their crew removed from my truck and that went missing while the truck was in their care. So, to recap my experience: • Crew arrived without all the tools they needed • My driveshaft was damaged during removal • Approximately $1,000 charged for a roughly 4-mile tow without the price being disclosed to me beforehand • A driveshaft part they removed went missing during transport • Company refused to replace the missing part I’m an owner-operator. My truck is how I make my living, and damage, missing parts and downtime cost REAL MONEY. I would NEVER use this company again, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to another truck driver or owner-operator. RUN. RUN. RUN. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

One star is honestly too much for this place. No one has a clue where the driver is at and told me they would be there in 45 minutes. 5 hours later after them telling me they would be there in 45 minutes they call me 30 minutes before the auction closes and says they won’t make it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

I had to use them again to tow my vehicle after an accident today as i felt it was unsafe to drive. They're always polite and helpful! I've dealt with them when i worked at a shop and in personal instances as well i will keep recommending them.
