  Went to the store today because I had a headlight that I had purchased not through them but off Amazon. It was a HD headlight and I had never tried to put one of these in. There were 2 employees in the store and I was promptly greeted. The man, Dakota, was the assistant that got stuck with me and this headlight. He was very professional and worked for I would say about 20 minutes on installing this headlight. I thanked him for his hard work because Im sure it was very aggravating to install this light but he never showed it. Just wanted to give this helpful young man a shout out for going above and beyond his job to complete this task. Well spoke to soon. Apparently the staff at the store are not supposed to even mess with these style of headlights. So not only am I waiting for a call from the corporate office to fix this issue of a broken headlight that should be replaced and paid for by the staff member or store since he/ they are at fault. So customers beware.

  I stopped by early Thursday morning and the male employee was busy helping another customer. A female greeted me immediately and asked how she could help. She ran a check engine light service on my Highlander and not only explained what the codes meant but what I could do to fix the problems. She even recommended some shops in town that could help me. She was friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and made me laugh too. She’s a wonderful asset to this business!! Thanks McKensie! You’re a bright star for for a woman who knows nothing about cars.

  Jerry Phillips and the managers and staff at the Mocksville AutoZone are knowledgeable and helpful, as one expects. But they are also friendly and help me with my car like neighbors more than retail workers. Today, they changed my wipers in the rain, checked fluid levels, and made sure my car was safe for the trip I am about to make. Thank you, Michael and Kenzie!

  Estoy muy molesto porque el servicio de auto zone está deficiente ordene partes las cuales surge que te dicen que viene en una fecha y no llega y segundo que vienes a la tienda y pides que verifiquen la órdenes si llegara y Loque hacen los despachadore no saben buscar ni dar solución alos problemas que presenta deben poner personas eficientes y actas para dar solución y más el personal de fin de semana es más pésimo compro bastante en auto zone pero así harán que uno busco otra tienda de prederencia
