  Usually take my truck for the quick stop for an oil change but i’ll be going elsewhere moving forward. Just pure laziness on the staffs part instead of removing the cloth undercarriage to perform the oil change properly they bent it out of the way and now i have this dangling undercarriage fiber just flapping in the wind as i drive. Now i gotta go out of pocket to buy and a new splash guard / undercarriage cover.

  Came in for my oil change and inspection. Couldn't get my rear breaklight off to replace it so I had to go home and do it then come back for reinspection. Found out driving the the next day they didn't put my skid plate back on right and it was dragging on the ground. Put that back on myself too.

  This is the second year that I've taken my car in for the state inspection. Both times the manager and staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. I was in and out in under 5 minutes on a Tuesday morning. I also sent my husband there for his car. The staff is always happy and thorough/careful with our cars. Thanks team! We'll be back!

  I went in and specifically asked for an oil change & safety inspection and they ended up doing extra stuff without my consent like a radiator fluid replacement, air filter & wiper replacement and got billed for $515. I got scammed.
