  They stripped a lugnut which resulted in having to get it repaired which they paid for, but they did not pay for my wheel bearing breaking. They claimed it was damaged already and thus they are not responsible, HOWEVER I would argue had they not stripped my lug nut it could have kept being in use and because of them I am down 339 dollars! Not only that but their manager Liam was impossible to reach throughout the whole SEVERAL WEEK long ordeal that was trying to get a response as to whether or not I could be compensated. I was told multiple times I would receive a call from him and never once did. Never ever going to Valvoline again and I suggest you don’t either. They couldn’t even fix their own mistake I had to take it to woodies across the street.

  The Valvoline team at the Lawyers Rd location in Mint Hill is skilled, efficient, with great team coordination and communication. Sitting in my care while it was serviced felt like I was in the pit with a NASCAR team. The head of the team consulted me on an air filter which I really appreciated. These guys are good and I highly recommend them.

  Timely expedient and professional. 236,000 miles to the moon- 237,000 miles on the Tacoma. VIOC has been along for the ride most all the way.

  Team members were excellent. The reduction to 4 is do to the company software that cranks out a label saying that my next oil change is due in 3,000 miles...after receiving fully synthetic oil. That number should be more like 7,000, which I think Valvoline knows and thus the current number would amount to a deceptive business practice. Surely it's not that difficult to write the software so that oil type chosen would trigger the miles till the next change.

  Usually take my truck for the quick stop for an oil change but i’ll be going elsewhere moving forward. Just pure laziness on the staffs part instead of removing the cloth undercarriage to perform the oil change properly they bent it out of the way and now i have this dangling undercarriage fiber just flapping in the wind as i drive. Now i gotta go out of pocket to buy and a new splash guard / undercarriage cover.
