  Being a local, these folks are my 'go to' for services they can provide. While I didn't have inspection, brake, tires and alignment all done in the same visit, all were taken care of quickly, courteously, and I was happy. After my initial quote for a set of tires, I price checked 7 other tire shops and theirs was lower than 5 and equal to the other 2, and that includes the MSRP. None of these services are inexpensive but maintenance fees sure beat car payments. Even with a full waiting room, they take time to listen, question, and offer solutions. Thanks for providing true customer service and value, sorely missing in businesses these days.

  Sounds cliche I know, but I literally cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff. I'm one of "those people": I'm friendly and expect a business to treat me as though I'm getting ready to hand them after-tax money for a good or service. I am disappointed more often than not, but never at Wilson Tire Pros. Every single person I have ever interacted with, from the office to the mechanics, and including folks who no longer work there, have been extremely respectful, kind, genuinely empathetic, and informative and educational when the situation calls for it. If I had my rathers, this would be the only place east of Graham that people could use. Wilson Tire Pros would have to grow and hire, but everyone in town would be so much nicer having experienced the joy of taking their automotive needs to these folks. I despise dealerships more than a haji shooting at me from a concealed position, and I have been underwhelmed with every other automotive repair shop in the area since moving here in 2017. I stumbled upon Wilson for a tire & wheel issue 6 years back, discovered that they do much more than alignments, and I've never considered anyone else with my three vehicles ever since. You will want to use the after-hours box or call for an estimated appt time if your schedule is tight, or you can drop off or wait in the lobby. But if you choose to go somewhere else, remember you read this when you're pouting after viewing the invoice and experiencing what passes for automotive repair services elsewhere. Am I biased? Dang right... I can admit that I enjoy doing business with a group of people who respect me, my time, and my hard earned money.

  These are great need some A/C work done. They were able to tell me what's was wrong before left out the parking lot. Order the part and fix the car in a day. And now my car cold. Thank you guys have a great fouth and be safe.

  HIGHLY recommend for any vehicle needs, they always go above and beyond! When I need people I trust to check out my car I always go here, they are honest and don’t try to upsell you. Everyone is so friendly!

  These folks are here for you in your hour or urgent need or in your routine oil change/tire needs. I’ve been going to them for years and service has always been great. I forgot which, but tire rotations are either free or greatly discounted if you buy your tires there.
