  Stopped by for an oil change and tire rotation. They did neither and then asked that I leave a 5 star review. Not good. The oil change didn't get done because "the filter had been screwed on too tight"--strange, but ok. They removed the tires then reinstalled them exactly the same instead of changing out the back set with the front (which I had asked for). I drove away, only to later find out the oil addition port had been left open. What happened to the cap? Who knows. Thankfully, the dealership was able to take care of everything. I'm lucky my engine wasn't damaged. 2 stars instead of 1 because they were polite and also didn't try to charge me for anything, not that anything was done to begin with. Advice for the team--don't ask for 5 star reviews unless you rendered exceptional service. Reviews ought to happen organically. Maybe they were having a bad day, but I know I won't be going to this Mavis location again.

  Me and my friend stopped by to get her tire filled. Keen told us that the tread was worn off on some tires and he highly recommended in order for us to be safe, to get new ones. He worked up some options for my friend and made it very affordable for her to get it done...he was very kind and really did go out of his way to help!! Thank you!

  Carlos at Mavis was excellent. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I felt taken care of. Great customer service like that is hard to find, and Carlos definitely deserves recognition. I highly recommend asking for Carlos at Mavis if you want honest, helpful, and reliable service.

  Working in Mebane on an out of town job, I picked up something in my front tire and Firestone told me it would be multiple hours before they can even get my company car in, Called mavis tire and talked with keem and he said bring it down let’s get you fixed up and back to the jobsite, absolutely positive in person and over the phone, small line of people needing repairs and that’s great to see, it means business is going good and their service is top notch
