  My wife's battery died one evening and we call Mavis. They sent a technician over to our place and was able to get it started. They escorted my wife to the shop because of the cars emergency drive mode made the car drive under 30 mph. The shop was closing in 15 minutes and they ran some tests and installed a new battery. They didn't mind staying after closing to get the job done. The guys were very helpful. The battery was reasonably priced. I was very happy with their service.

  I am so glad this place is right around the corner from my house because they are so awesome every time I need service. I just stopped in with a very inconvenient screw in my tire (when is that ever convenient?) and they got me patched up and on the way to work quick and easy. They also have a great lobby set up in case you need to turn it into your make-shift office! Thanks y’all!

  So apparently I lost the key to my lug nuts (didn’t even know I got anti-theft lug nuts) and I don’t know what I even did with the key, Mavis took them off cause they were worried about getting a flat tire and not able to get the tire off. So they got the lug nuts off and gave me free regular lug nuts. They are so nice to me when I don’t know crap about my car. I’m always worried about getting scammed at mechanics, but Mavis treats me well and I gain more knowledge about my car when I leave. I totally recommend this place! They are so nice and they want to make sure the customer is satisfied, very patient as well. They answered all my questions and they don’t make me feel uncomfortable. I’ll be coming here again (I’ve been at Mavis like four times already and no complaints from me!). Also side note, did I say they did this for free (changing the lug nuts) I’m broke, so it’s nice knowing they aren’t trying to break my bank.

  BUYER BEWARE!!!WATCH OUT!!! I called in for tires and was given a decent price for the tires and work I needed done. Was told everything was in the store that was needed to do the job. I was then transferred to make the appointment. That didn't happen. (WAIT FOR IT) Then I get transferred the MANAGER OF THIS BUSINESS to schedule the appointment! This guy (the store manager) was oblivious and said he couldn't even get the tires I wanted, (A very rare expensive high performance racing tire) OH No NO! All I wanted was a couple Uniroyal Tires. Joe Bob down at the trailer park could order these tires any day of the week. But they couldn't get them? Really? So here in the real world, everywhere else I called either had them or could get them by the next day. So here is the moral of the story. They baited me in on the phone, then gave me a bunch of bull in order to charge me double or more. Wait what? Yep! I asked the Manager of the shop his name after a ridiculous conversation in hopes to relay the details to a regional manager. He refused to give his name. (BIG BIG RED FLAG!!!) I wonder if a regional manager is aware of this practice. Even worse if this is business as usual and they are aware. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this place or at all cost. At least this location. Will try to contact a regional or district manager for this notification. Too bad, this place is in a great location and if properly run, would be a great asset to our community here in Mebane. To be continued....

  I had an excellent experience here from start to finish. Keem&Jeff are honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs, and completed the work efficiently. The quality of the repair was outstanding, and my car is running perfectly. Communication was great throughout the entire process, and the pricing was fair and transparent. It’s not easy to find a shop you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality car repair service.
