  Had a great experience today at Mavis. Needed new tires due a bad alignment. Keem provided me with great options that fit my needs. Service was done promptly. Took about an hour and half for new tires and an alignment. Will be returning for further services!

  The customer service was great and Keem, who I had the pleasure of working with, was professional and knowledgeable. After a bad experience at on of the Mavis locations in Durham, NC, I was pleased that this experience went well at the Mebane, NC location.

  Maull, Jamar, and Rick stayed late and helped me with a rock stuck between my rotor and dust shield, so I didn’t have to listen to the loud squealing noise for days on end. Thank y’all so much!

  The service here is top tier. Unfortunately for my bank account, I've had to visit a couple times in the last month and the people are friendly and I feel like my clown car is in capable, caring hands. They're great about communicating, not pushy, they go out of their way to get the job done, and the prices are more than fair. Shout out especially to Jamar, Keem, Carlos, Pete, and Jamal and thanks to everyone for their help. I can't recommend this location enough.

  purchased tires here a little over a year ago. EVERY time I return to get my tires rotated I am told, brakes are shot, rotors, shot, shocks- bad and leaking, struts need replaced. I always get a second opinion and not once has another mechanic verified what the mechanics at Mavis have told me. most recently - two weeks ago I went for a rotation and oil change- the manager handed me an estimate for 1,400 " your suspension is in bad shape, you need shocks, and struts. I declined the work got my second opinion and that mechanic said your shocks and struts are fine. but your rotors are warped. funny thing- the mavis guys who rotated my tires made ZERO mention of the actual issue yet wanted to soak me for a job i didn't need. the cost to fix brakes 500- thats 900 less than Mavis tried to get me for. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
