- BBBrian Baum6 days ago5.0I’ve worked with with Laz at Mavis Tire for new tires on my truck along with other service. Very knowledgeable and helpful, highly recommend!
- ARAbdulrhman RadwanOct 7, 20261.0Funny experience, I tried to get an oil change here once, but they refused because the oil drain bolt was rusted. I went to another shop, and they changed the oil in about 5 minutes without any issue. I tried them again for a wheel alignment, but they called me and refused to do it for some reason. I went to another shop, and they completed the alignment in about 45 minutes.

- JPJack ParksOct 1, 20265.0I noticed I had a nail in the tire of my pickup truck so I went to the Mavis Tire location in Matthews to get them to check it out. The young man at the counter came out to look at it immediately and luckily when we pulled the nail out there was no air leak. I tried to pay for the service but he said there is no charge. Thank you for the great and prompt customer service. I will be back when I need tires.
- CSChristopher StuartSep 19, 20265.0Mike and Laz were awesome!!! We had an issue with two tires on my wife’s car ultimately we as a family decided to go with 4 new tires. Mike and Laz made the process so smooth as well as we were able to knock out a NC state inspection. To the two brothers who own this business, Mike and Laz need a praise and a raise. These guys were down to earth, knowledgeable, courteous and they treated us like human beings. I highly recommend this business as well as dealing with Mike and Laz.
