  Completed a reservation online with a tire purchase due to a flat tire. Showed up to my 8 am appointment and the computers were down. Only one tech working and stated the other techs had not shown up yet. Once the computers were up and running, the tech confirmed no tire was ordered for my replacement and the reservation only stated to "check tire". Giant waste of time. The only positive, the technician explained that one of my tires had been put on incorrectly with the inside on the outside so I'll be heading to the dealer to get my tire issues fixed.

  Mike from Mavis was absolutely amazing! He got my little car in and out of there within a few hours, quick, convenient, and great customer service! I definitely recommend them! Very trust worthy and honest, and they make things “stress free” which is hard to find when it comes to car repairs lol. I love mavis, 5 stars! :)

  After another Mavis location in Concord messed up my Tesla’s alignment, the team at Mavis on Indian Trail was able to diagnose and fix it correctly. They clearly have real experience working on Teslas and understand the technology and precision these vehicles require. The car now drives smoothly, tracks straight, and feels right again. I really appreciate their professionalism and would recommend this location to any Tesla owner needing tire or alignment work.

  I am a car collector and extremely particular about my cars and who works on them. I have had two of my Cadillacs serviced here and have always had great customer service. The work has been top notch and they pay special attention to service details. I will continue to recommend and use them for service.

  This is my 2nd time going to Mavis and they never let me down. Mr. Mike was absolutely AMAZINGGGG. He was very understanding what I needed. I was concerned on a few things and Mr. Mike went over and beyond for me. He made me feel comfortable like I was part of the family. The process went so smooth. Everyone there is absolutely awesome. I referred people to them. Prices are affordable and they will work with you. Mavis Tires and Brakes is part of my family now. Thank you all for everything!!!
