  I had an excellent experience at this Mavis location, and Laz and his team exceeded my expectations. A friend specifically recommended this location to me even though it was farther away and required me to drive past several other Mavis locations. After my visit, I can confidently say it was the right choice. I went in expecting that I might need both new tires and new brakes, and they even provided a quote based on that possibility. What impressed me most was their honesty. Once they inspected the car, they let me know I did not actually need new brakes, which saved me from an unnecessary expense. Laz also took the time to explain additional maintenance tips, the reasons behind them, and even recommended where to go for services they do not provide. That level of service, transparency, and professionalism is hard to find. Great service, great people, and a great location. As long as Laz is there, I do not see myself going anywhere else.

  I want to start off by saying that Justin took great care of my car. I brought it in for a CV axle repair and an alignment, and he had me back on the road in less than two hours. The service was excellent, and they beat the turnaround time of most other shops I looked into. Justin took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. He also pointed out and took care of any underlying issues without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely continue bringing my car here. Highly recommend!

  Called and made an appointment for 2 o’clock. I showed up at 2 o’clock to simply get a tire plugged that had a screw in it. They told me over the phone, but it would take roughly an hour when I arrive. The Guy asked if I could leave my car there and it might be done by today in the day but maybe tomorrow I seriously don’t understand the point of this appointment system.

  I came in on a Friday less than an hour before closing after dealing with 3 days of constantly putting air in my tire, only for it to quickly go flat again. Honestly, I wasn’t hopeful. I planned to just add more air at their free air pump and deal with it later, but decided to ask if someone could check my tire. The moment I walked in, Lazaro greeted me with a smile and such upbeat energy ..especially for a Friday around 5pm when most people are ready to get out of work. Not once did I feel like I was inconveniencing anyone. He immediately asked how he could help, and as soon as I explained the issue, he said, “Let’s take a look,” and got my car pulled in right away. Within 5 minutes my car was up, they did the bubble test, and found not one but two nails. Lazaro explained my options clearly without pushing any upsells or making me feel pressured. As a woman who has always depended on my dad or husband to handle car stuff, I instantly felt comfortable and trusted him within minutes. He gave off genuine “dad energy” , honest, reassuring, and just wanting to help. Before I knew it, we were moving forward with my replacement tires, and now I can actually enjoy my weekend without stressing about it. Lazaro and the entire back team are absolute MVPs. Thank you all so much for the kindness, honesty, fast help, and amazing energy at the end of a long Friday. Highly recommend!
