  I was given a really nice car to drive and it was a very good experience. However I wasn't that happy with the cost. I blame myself because I allowed the person to manipulate me into getting extra insurance, "in case of an accident!" The other times I rented a car I never had an accident! I would pray and trust God. I didn't have an accident this time! Yet I paid $70 extra dollars! I wasn't too happy about that when I thought about it.

  Caroline was really helpful and heard my concerns. Recently took the rental car in this location, given me wrong size car then realized my family was so frustrated while in the traveling and adjusted somehow and adjusted the price once I returned car. Next time recommend call ahead and reserve it as suggested. Thanks Caroline. Recommended this location.

  Justin was so helpful. He took time to shown me the vehicle, helped me get familiar with the features and he was very patient as I ask many questions. This was my first time driving a vehicle Iike the one I rented. I am so appreciative of the team at this location. They picked me up from the collision center and brought me to Enterprise to get my rental while my vehicle was being prepared. When the prepared were complete, I drove the car back to Enterprise and realized I needed a ride to get my car. Justin volunteered to take me. That was so kind of him. They were busy. I felt have for forgetting to arrange my dropoff prior to, but they accommodated me. I’m so grateful. I will definitely return to this location for future rental needs. The team is friendly, time conscious, knowledgeable and they keep the vehicles cleaned and maintained.

  I had a wonderful experience when dropping off my rental car, which I drove from Houston to Charlotte, 16 hours with two kitties in tow. I was assisted by Caroline. She was so very nice, and personable. It was a smooth transaction, and I will be back! I was exhausted from the trip, and she made the return, easy and fast. Great customer service!
