  We have been loyal Enterprise Plus customers, renting exclusively from the company for many years. As recent arrivals to the Charlotte area, we selected Enterprise to assist with moving a family member from Alabama. 1. Upon picking up the vehicle, both the front and rear seats were noticeably dirty. 2. The representative made an administrative error by scheduling an incorrect return time. 3. No digital rental agreement was sent via email to place in the vehicle upon pickup. 4. The license plate tags were expired. When returning the vehicle and outlining these concerns, Assistant Manager Caroline inquired how she could resolve the service issues. She offered to remove an erroneous fee; however, she merely adjusted the rate to match a standard weekend pricing structure, which effectively provided no true concession. When asked for clarification regarding the weekend rate, she stated that weekend rates were not offered. After consulting the branch manager, she informed us that because one erroneous charge had already been removed, no further adjustments could be made. While Caroline remained professional throughout the interaction, this experience was the most disappointing encounter in over two decades of patronage. Consequently, alternative vehicle rental providers may need to be evaluated.

  The staff at this enterprise, location, consistently exceeds my expectations I rent vehicles on a regular basis, and when I have the opportunity, I will always choose Enterprise Rent-A-Car first. Thank you, Caroline for the great customer service!

  The employee was willing to help another person that came in after me get to another location for different cars, but, he didn't offer me the same. Instead, he tried pushing a small car I wasn't comfortable in, until I asked about a ride to the other location. Then, out of nowhere, he "remembered" a different car was available. He was pleasant, though. Also, some inappropriate music was playing. I don't mind the music, just that it's very unprofessional.

  My husband and I recently used this car rental agency following a minor accident with our vehicle. The folks at the agency were very helpful and friendly. There was a bit of misinformation and miscommunication initially but overall it was a good experience.
