  I had a wonderful experience at Audi Charlotte during my recent 20K service maintenance. The entire team was professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. They explained the service process clearly, completed the maintenance on time, and kept me updated throughout the visit. A special thank you to the service advisors (Kenneth Hooker) and technicians(Kevin) for their excellent customer care and attention to detail. My vehicle is running great, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the quality service and hospitality provided by the team.   I trust Audi Charlotte with my vehicles. My service advisor William (Bill) Atkins is a reliable translator between the techs and the consumer. He has been my “go to” guy for more than a decade. He makes sure things are “right”. When there is warranty work or recall work or even interval maintenance to be done, the pick-up and drop-off service is very convenient. While it took some adjustment (for me) initially, I appreciate the text based app for receiving updates and recommended service work which may reveal itself during diagnostics. The customer can review recommendations in writing with supporting video or photos for the proposed work rationale, receive a price quote for the service, and authorize the service - all via text. It is great to not play phone tag with the service department and be able to manage vehicle service contemporaneously with other tasks.

  My husband and I had the most amazing experience at Audi Charlotte. Angel was absolutely incredible to work with. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect vehicle. Dima was super happy to help with any questions we had before we made the decision on if this was the right/best vehicle for us. Peppi was also incredible with the finance process!. We never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot. Everything felt right and that is very hard to come by these days. I HIGHLY recommend buying if not just checking out Audi Charlotte. You will not be disappointed!

  The dealership itself is very beautiful and clean and they do have many clean cars, however, the sales associate I did a test drive with today was touching buttons with her fingers during the test drive. It's a bit distracting. She's nice but distracting. The first Audi I drove was an upgraded/newer version of the one I currently have however the screen on the dash did not retract which causes obstruction of view when driving. The second Audi I did a test drive with had wider seats and while beautiful it did cause a bad blind spot area due to width. My safety is very important to me when driving. I feel it would be better if the sales attendants didn't touch screens and try not to distract me while I'm test driving the vehicle. Her nails were clicking on the screen alot when she tapped away. It would be much better if the associate sat down and was quiet while I was driving except to give me directions. I did a test drive with a different associate at the other Audi location and I didn't have that problem with him. They need to do an overview of what everything in the car is before I pull out of the parking space and leave the screens alone. I don't have kids, I don't have passengers, I drive under the speed limit. passengers can be the most dangerous thing in a car when someone is driving. I don't drink alcohol or use drugs either. Those cars are beautiful vehicles, I don't think it's a good idea to put the driver at risk and the vehicle by causing a distraction.
