I have been a client of this dealership for 10+ years. I made an appointment for Monday morning at 9:30 AM to review 2 items of concern. I did not hear back from the dealership until Thursday afternoon and they had five items they wanted to repair. I didn’t get a quote for all the repairs until 5 PM on Friday. In reviewing my options, these costs were very high and seem excessive for a car that only has 86,000 miles on it, but is out of warranty. I also was disappointed that no loaner car was offered to me, because they said my car was too old and they only give it to clients who own cars, 2019 or younger. I used to rave about the dealership and was a prideful Audi owner, but the service has gone downhill since Covid.

I had a wonderful experience at Audi Charlotte, and I especially want to thank Yehor for making the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the whole experience. Yehor took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood everything, and never made me feel pressured. He genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. Thank you, Yehor, and the entire Audi Charlotte team, for the excellent customer service. I truly appreciate everything you did and would definitely recommend Yehor to anyone looking for an Audi!

Pretty good however they sold me a car that they tried to cover a scratch and not inform me. I was very displeased about that. They were not too clear about the numbers the discount that they claim they gave me then they charge $1500 for something else I’m still not clear on and I don’t quite understand why I had to pay property taxes. I thought that should’ve been in the invoice. The biggest insult of all was offered me $1500 on a Mercedes SUV that I know could be sold for $6000 but that’s OK. I kept it. Justin was very good. I’m concerned about Pepe.

Services rendered as expected. Engine light and tire pressure sensor rectified. $2500 later- I’m not upset over the service bill- I was upset due to the fact that I had the car in the service area in JUne 26, these lights were on and NOBODY thought to discuss this!!! Too busy to handle issues not specifically requested. No loaners available unless you’re buying a new car. Loaners should be offered to everyone that must leave their car overnight! The ride home was delightful but I had to request the ride. I also don’t appreciate the service staff asking me if I’d been in rough terrain or the mountains with my car!!! Do I give off the aura of mountain trekking in a car with 2 car seats in the back!?! I’m a 63 year old retired ER nurse and grandma to 2 angels on earth. You fellas don’t scare me. But you fellas also need to keep your condescending mouths closed. The car was purchased from this dealer and paid for in cash. I certainly am not entitled to special treatment. But dual respect and consideration is expected from a respected dealership to everybody!!!

I brought my 2024 Audi A5 Sportback to Audi Charlotte that I bought from them back in April of this year, 2026 for two warranty concerns involving the MMI/wireless Android Auto and adaptive cruise control. Unfortunately, while there were some positives, my overall experience was disappointing. The initial drop off process was smooth and straightforward. His name was Kenn. I had uploaded my driver's license, insurance, credit card information, after checking in I was provided with a 2026 Audi Q3 loaner while my A5 was being looked at. I appreciated having transportation available while my vehicle was at the dealership. Unfortunately, I discovered that the front windshield wipers on the Q3 did not work. The washer fluid would spray and the rear wiper worked, but the front wipers would not move. I also received a warning on the dashboard when attempting to use them. This became a genuine safety concern because it rained while I had the vehicle, and at one point I had difficulty seeing while driving. I texted the number I was provided around 2:40 PM and sent a picture of proof, to report the problem but did not receive a response. The following morning, I called when the dealership opened and left a message. When I eventually spoke with someone, I explained the situation and also told them that I had work at 3 PM and lived approximately 50 minutes away. I was told I would receive a call around 1 PM letting me know whether my A5 was finished or whether they could provide another loaner. I never received that call. I eventually had to call the dealership myself around 1 PM for an update. I was told to bring the Q3 back and that they would see about another loaner if my vehicle was not ready. Because of the timing and drive, I ended up being significantly late for work despite communicating my schedule beforehand. Once I arrived, they were able to finish with my A5 fairly quickly, so another loaner was not necessary. My facial expression was not pleasant, but I didn't raise my voice or anything like that. Regarding the original concerns, I was told that the adaptive cruise control returning to following distance level 3 is the vehicle's default behavior. While I find it frustrating that changing the distance to level 1 eventually reverts back to level 3, I understand from their explanation that this is apparently normal behavior. So I'll leave it at that. For the MMI/wireless Android Auto concern, an update was performed in an attempt to address the issue. Unfortunately, the original problem has not been completely resolved. I still experience the connection loss issue that I originally brought the vehicle in for, so I may have to return for the same concern if it continues. I also noticed that my vehicle showed approximately 200 miles of fuel range when I dropped it off and approximately 175 miles when I received it back, and the climate control was left blasting even though I had left it off. I understand that technicians may need to road test vehicles and use the climate controls while diagnosing them, so those things alone would not determine my rating. However, they added to an already frustrating overall experience. They could have at least turned it off. I understand that dealerships and service departments get busy, and I don't expect everything to go perfectly. My biggest issue was the lack of communication, particularly after reporting a safety concern with the loaner and being specifically told that I would receive a call. Much of the disruption to my day and work schedule could have been avoided with better communication. I appreciate the smooth initial check in, the original loaner accommodation, and the employees who assisted me. However, between the unsafe issue with the loaner, the lack of promised follow up, having to repeatedly initiate communication myself, being significantly late for work as a result, and my original MMI concern still occurring after the attempted repair, I cannot say this was a satisfactory service experience. Based on this visit, I am giving Audi Charlotte 2 out of 5 stars.
