    I had a great experience at Audi Charlotte. Angel was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. Peppi in Finance was also great to work with and explained everything clearly. They both do an excellent job. Highly recommend!

    Bill by far has been the best service advisor. The girl who answers the phone for the service desk is beyond rude and unhelpful. There have reportedly been multiple complaints and for buying a luxury car and servicing at the dealer, you would think the customer service would be better.

    I am extremely disappointed with Audi Charlotte service and how my case has been handled. I own a 2021 Audi Q5(Under 45k miles!!!). Just one year after the warranty expired, the transmission failed. What is even more concerning is that about five months before this happened, the vehicle had its annual inspection at Audi Charlotte. I was clearly told that the car was in perfect condition, including the battery being “100% healthy” and everything fully functional. After the transmission failure, the car lost reverse gear and even-numbered gears, putting it into a severely limited driving mode. I was advised by independent specialists to check the battery. When I did, the independent testing showed the battery was completely discharged and no longer usable. The recommendation was an immediate replacement. This battery had never been replaced before and was still the original factory-installed unit. After replacing the battery, the error temporarily disappeared. However, after some time, the issue returned and the transmission again went into restricted mode. I contacted Audi Charlotte multiple times asking for proper diagnosis and assistance. The responses were vague, saying they would “call me back” or “review the case,” but no one ever followed up. Communication feels automated and unresponsive. This raises serious questions: how did a supposedly well-maintained Audi fail so severely right after warranty expiration? How was the vehicle declared fully healthy during inspection when a critical issue like a completely degraded battery was missed? At this point, the car has been sitting for over a month without resolution, and Audi Charlotte has not taken meaningful action to address the problem. I am attaching proof of both the Audi Charlotte inspection results and the independent battery testing. I will be escalating this matter further.

    Just bought a new (to me) Audi A5 from Fisher at Audi Charlotte. I had my eye on this car for a few weeks and Fisher was there to answer questions and allowed me time to think about whether this was the car for me without being pushy or contacting me everyday. I even came back for a couple of test drives before purchasing and he never once made me feel like I was being pressured to buy this car. He was very professional and the entire staff at Audi Charlotte went above and beyond to make my car buying experience the best that it could be. I LOVE my car!!!

    I had THE best experience at Audi of Matthews, but….all car dealerships are going to sell you a car BUT not alll car dealerships have an “Angel.” Angel was in fact our salesperson for this purchase. started out on a Saturday I decided to put in my phone number about a vehicle that I had saw online and Angel called me. She listened to the story of what I was trying to accomplish, which was to buy a car for my daughter and to try to surprise her on her graduation day, which was five days later. So I was going to need some help and it was going to take a lot of ingenuity to make this happen as I live in Virginia and my daughter lives in Charlotte. Angel was on the phone with me working out the logistics, and after that after all of that was taken care of, Angel helped me with the biggest most emotional and amazing surprise I could ever give one of my children. She kept in contact with me all week, she worked with her management to get a deposit so the car could stay available to me until I could get to North Carolina, and not only that, but she offered in so many ways to help in whatever way I needed to make this dream come true for me and my daughter. She arranged for a big red bow to be on the car when my daughter and I pulled up. So the picture in the videos say everything and I just have to also note that Angel, she has a personality that is larger than life and she is just a little itty-bitty thing, but you can tell that she truly cares for the customer and the customers experience and when I look around in the car dealership that I’ve been in in the past, I see a lot of salesman with their heads down just at their desk, not interacting with people who come in and Angel is just a big ball of energy and I think that a lot of people could learn a lot from this very young woman who entered into this industry and it just wears her heart on her shoulder and really cares for what the client needs because sometimes buying a car is emotional. Sometimes it’s somebody’s first car. Sometimes it’s a mom, like me, first time buying my child a car. That was a big decision because I didn’t come for money and I didn’t come from an easy life where things were handed to me and so being able to do, this was something that I was not taking lightly through the whole process and she listened to me and really never tried to oversell me anything that I wasn’t comfortable with so I really appreciate that. She was just amazing and I truly don’t think that any other salesman would’ve been able to get me from this whole process from finding a car to surprising my daughter with it and I hope you all enjoy the videos and I believe you’ll be able to see all the time and attention that she took to make this dream come true. Angel I really thank you, and you will be forever in my heart for I didn’t have anybody to help me make this dream come true on this day, but you were there every step of the way for me.
