  On October 3, 2026 my husband and I went to Audi Charlotte to check out an Audi Q5 that we saw online. While we were looking Tyler Kitchen was on his way to move another vehicle; however, he took the time to see if we needed help. He wasn’t pushy like some salesmen; however, he was very friendly. He let us know that the Q5 that we came to view had just been sold that morning and he suggested that we take a look at another Q5 that they just received on lot. He answered all our questions and even the ones that I had that others may have thought wasn’t necessary. I even took an unofficial test drive around the lot because we came close to closing. Lol. To keep this short and sweet, we Welcome Silver Beauty to our family on October 5th. Tyler, my Husband, Son, and I appreciate your great service and friendliness with a smooth purchase.

  My wife and I just purchased an Audi Q7 from a different car dealer and brought it to Audi of Charlotte to have it inspected, as well as have a cracked mirror casing repaired. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and taken care of. My service advisor was Bill, he did an amazing job explained the details and costs thoroughly. The technician who looked over my car did an amazing job, he took a detailed video explaining any issue he saw. Overall it was an incredible experience compared to what I have received in the past from other dealerships. We are so glad to have become an Audi family.

  We had an outstanding experience at Audi Charlotte from start to finish. The buying process was easy and completely pressure free, which is exactly what we were hoping for. Stephanie was our salesperson, and she was excellent. She answered every question we had quickly and thoroughly, and she helped with everything we needed along the way. She never rushed us and made the whole experience feel comfortable. Mike and Marcus handled the financing, and they made it quick and simple. Everything was explained clearly, and we were in and out without any hassle. If you're shopping for an Audi, I'd highly recommend asking for Stephanie and working with this team. They earned our business and our trust. We're thrilled with our new car and can't thank everyone enough!

  Overall was a very good experience. Tyler Kitchen was awesome, and the financing manager was great as well. Both made the experience even better. Only had an issue with the service manager and his interpretation of the wear of the rear tires on the vehicle that I purchased. He determined that the tires being down to the wear marks, were acceptable and would not change them out.

  Recently purchased a vehicle from the Pre-owned selection at Audi Charlotte. Ryan Wagner assisted me with finding a Q5 that met my requirements and he was very helpful throughout the process. Ryan resolved a couple of issues that I had when I went to pick up the car and took extra time with ensuring everything was addressed before I drove off.
