- KPKatherine Parker2 days ago1.0We came in on 5/17 to get an oil.change. we called first to see how much an oil change was and they told us $102. We were charged $152. I realize that there was a charge for extra oil, but that much? We called them.to discuss this charge and they told us that they would reimburse us $40, but they couldn't do it right now. We have been taking our vehicles to them for well over 10 years. 4 vehicles to be exact. As of right now they have lost our business. We can go anywhere else and get it done for $80.....

- OOOrlisaApr 21, 20265.0Back about a month ago I hit something in the road causing my tire to go flat almost in front of this valvoline store I walked into there store frustrated an overwhelmed I was greated by Ethan an he told me if I could get the tire off an to them they might be able to plug the tire so with the help of my niece in law an her husband we got the tire off and took it into their store after a thorough inspection Ethan informed me that it couldn't be plugged so I took it back up to the car then Lacy an Ethan from the store brought a truck up to where I was parked an brought a floor jack an proceeded to help get my spare that is stored under my car my tool to release the spare wasn't working they worked so hard to get me an my step son Aidan on our way they did and wouldn't accept any payment they were my angles that day thank you Valvoline of marion for having such courteous an confident team members.
