  Scheduled an appointment for 6pm…got there 15 minutes early just to be told they don’t see my appt and there is no inspector. Spoke with the ‘manager’ who was rude and condescending. No apology given!!! Wouldn’t let me speak and I was told I could not speak. I was not being argumentative, I just wanted him to see my call log on the phone so he could advise their staff to help prevent someone else from having the same issue. My issue is not the error, my issue is how rude and mean the manager was, such poor customer service skills!!!!

  Clean shop, friendly service, we got a flat and they were able to swap the tire quickly on same day notice, saved us! Thank you 🙏

  Nice place. Car was ready quickly. Fairly priced. Kat the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

  When your appointment is actually taken, they're good. But they have got to, got to, GOT TO fix their call center issues. Twice in the last month I've called, gotten an appointment, and gotten an email confirmation of the appointment... only to show up and be told 'we don't have your appointment' and be shrugged off with rolled eyes. Frustrating to say the least.

  Scheduling an appointment took place through an outside service. It took two tries to get the service time scheduled due to a miscommunication from the scheduling service. I was quoted a base price which seemed very reasonable and comparable to other local shops. Once my service was finally complete I was given a bill totaling over $200 for an oil change. That is more than double what All Car charges for the same service on the same vehicle. I will not be back.
