  I needed to have a vibration in my front end of my truck looked into. They got me in the day after my call. Were right on time with getting my truck into their service bay, and had me all fixed up in no time. Tires were out of balance, they got them dialed in. Jim at the service desk was a great guy to talk to while I waited for the work to be completed. Highly recommend anyone to go there if you need service. A+ 5⭐️

  Very easy to deal with, no hassle or upselling. Technician put my spare away and packaged up the vehicle tire change kit very nicely. I wouldn’t have thought anything of he didn’t, but was a nice touch.

  Overall, great experience! I had a slow leak in my tire and it was fixed on the same day I dropped it off. The repair definitely exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

  Called to schedule 4 tires for my camper on vacation. The call center they use is a waste of time because no information is transferred from them to the store so I still had to explain and answer the same questions twice but Kat at the store was extremely nice and helpful the guys in the shop were very quick and professional. Even though the shop didn’t have room for the trailer and had to take off the tires myself they was worth it. Definitely recommend.

  Unfortunately they could not accommodate a walk in first thing for a tire repair and oil change but they did give me an appointment later in the day. The turnaround was quick but, because they forgot to order a standard oil filter and I did not have time to wait for a delivery from the parts store, I had to settle for the repair only. While I understand that many repair shops try to keep their costs down by not carrying much stock, this isn't ideal for the customer, particularly when they are returning for a second time that day for an appointment when the repair and oil change was specifically requested. Regardless, the staff is very nice and I can't hold them responsible for a corporate cost saving policy.
