    I would give them less if I could. Customer service was pitiful. Price that rung up was more than price advertised. When questioned the salesman was very rude. We showed him the sign with the advertised price and he took the sign down, said it was an old sign, and refused to sell it to us for the advertised price. Don't give your money to this crappy business.

    Came in the other day needing a new battery and install. I have limited mobility and am no longer able to do it myself. Soon as I asked about an install the attitude of the employee ( an older man) completely changed. He got pouty and made rude comments trying to shame his idea that I didn’t know how to do it myself. Regardless of customer knowledge it’s the guys job and that attitude is a really crap way to interact with customers. The other guy there ended up installing the battery and was actually great! If the old man has such a problem doing his job maybe he should retire! Rude as hell and because of that I will not be returning…

    Top notch customer service. Nate is so kind and a pleasure to do business with. He and the entire staff really go out of their way to be helpful and make sure we get what we need as soon as possible. Today, the gentleman even brought my order out to my truck to exchange some of the heavier items. Truly appreciated.
