  On 8-13-26 I arrived at approximately 6:45pm and had to wait for 3 cars infront of me to get my car washed, with that being said it was about 7:15ish maybe 7:20ish before I got into the car washed…. Once my car was finished I proceeded to the vacuums and started vacuuming my car and I got the driver back driver side done then the vacuums went off… time says close at 8pm when I looked at the time it was 7:30pm and the vacuums cut off without any notice, i was literally the only car there and the guys just looking at me… didn’t say anything or atleast let me finish considering i was almost done! This is the second time this has happened ! I will NOT return back to scrubby car wash I will continue to go back with hurricane car wash, the service is better and they do not turn equipment off in the middle of customers using it without atleast giving a notice! These guys need better customer service skills! I only needed 10 extra minutes considering I had my kids with me and I had to get them out and into my front seats due to the busy traffic in that parking lot I can’t just let them stand outside the car when people drive crazy (accidents happen) or being approached by homeless people. Very disappointed because this place was A1 when it first opened! $15 and couldn’t even finish is absolutely ridiculous!

  I went to Scrubby's and paid a good $27, only for the service to be terrible. The vacuums were turned off, and the employees looked me in the face without even bothering to tell me. Never again.

  The employees here are very helpful and accommodating with what they have to work with there. The blower timer on the touchless side of the car wash has not worked For at least three months. Now the right side blower has stopped working for at least a month now. I have a monthly membership that is Auto drafted, so they get my money every month on time. I go once a week to get my truck washed and I would at least like to get my monies worth!

  Amazing customer service and car wash. We were just driving through on 7.16.26 we had been driving through the night and as you know summers in the south brings lots of dead bugs on your front bumper especially if you do a lot of driving at night. They were able to clean are white pathfinder better than any car wash I’ve been through. The bumper was completely white again. The young man that helped us was very nice and friendly.
