  Overall, my experience with the dealership was smooth and straightforward. The vehicles were very nice, and the individuals assisting us were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Everyone was helpful, and the process itself moved quickly without unnecessary complications. However, I was disappointed that the dealership did not fully honor or abide by what was advertised. While the transaction ultimately went smoothly, I believe advertising should accurately reflect the terms and expectations presented to customers. That was the one significant concern I had with the experience. Aside from that issue, the staff was pleasant to work with, and the overall process was efficient and hassle-free.
