  As a first time buyer this was the best experience I could’ve had. Latrell was very patient with my many many options, he was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and let me take my time. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed into purchasing something. 30/10 experience!!

  While Driving from Pennsylvania to Florida my Honda Oil alert came on at 10 %, the oil life, went faster than I expected, luckily, I was staying Overnight at the Hotel right next to your Dealership. Your service advisor and Porter along with the Service Girl at the first desk were all very Polite, Professional and Courteous. And it was Quick and Reasonable for my Service. The Waiting area and Service lane were clean and Organized. Thanks again for making my trip a Little bit Easier.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at Lumberton Honda! From the beginning, Jay was excellent. He was very friendly, professional, and took the initiative to help throughout the entire process. He patiently answered all my questions, offered his honest opinions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. The gentleman who assisted me with the payment and paperwork was also very kind and professional, making the final steps of the process smooth and pleasant. I was also extremely impressed with how clean and well-maintained the vehicle was. The interior and exterior were spotless, and even the engine looked like it had barely been used! Overall, I had a great experience and truly appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thank you, Jay, and the entire Lumberton Honda team!

  We are very happy with the vehicle we purchased, but were very dissatisfied with the sales rep. If we had more time to put into getting our next vehicle we would’ve walked away. Mario’s sales technique felt very much like being bullied and we told him so. He must have left the desk 15 times to “go ask” the higher ups but felt it necessary to insist we sign a paper to get the answer. He basically talked down to us telling us this is negotiation. If this is how sales are secured at this dealership I would suggest going elsewhere.

  Lumberton Honda Service Department, hands down the best customer service. I have a local Honda dealership within 20:minutes of my house that stated that they didn't do diagnostic service calls on the weekend, that i would have to come in M-F. Due to my work schedule that is not an option. It was well worth my almost hour drive to go to Lumberton Honda. My service Advisor, Takeisha Smith, was very professional and kept me informed with all updates on my vehicle. Not only were they able to diagnose the issue, they were able to fix it, all within a very reasonable amount of time. I might add that while I waited for my vehicle to be fixed, I did check out a new vehicle, and Ms. Justice Brooks was very helpful. No pressure and knowledgeable of the vehicle I was looking at. Although I am not ready to purchase, she provided me with the information I needed, so that when I am ready to buy it will be a very easy process. If you need a new car, go see Justice Brooks!
