  First if all, BRANDON (Finance Dept) & JAMES (Sales Dept) went WAY OVER ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us get riding that day! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONE WAS OUTSTANDING. My wife and I explained our situation to James and from that point in every financial option was explored, after a test drive we decided to purchase . Brandon, then moved mountains for us. Overall signing the dotted line and, was handed the keys. Upon entering the building to what at the time seemed to be a difficult situation to us, ended up being so small after visiting Lumberton Honda. They really GENUINELY took care of us. We went to a couple dealerships to look around but, the satisfaction we feel about the experience at Lumberton Honda is worth sharing loudly!!!!

  What a lifesaver! ! April Hunt is a Godsend!!! We were on our way to Oak Island for our vacation when my wife heard a noise. Knowing we had just replaced the skid plate on her Honda CRV, we figured that was the problem. We were 10 miles from Honda of Lumberton so we called and April answered our call. She said "Let's get you in here and get you back on your vacation" We arrived 15 mins. later and she was true to her word. She immediately took our car back and it was fixed in 15 mins. Total lost time was less than 30 mins from our vacation. But the best part was we had a chance to meet April. We will forever remember our visit to Honda of Lumberton. Bonus*** We are looking for a new Honda Ridgeline and we will be making the trip back to Honda of Lumberton to use this dealership!! They are a first class, ultimate professional and honest dealership. You do not find this everyday in today's world. Now here's the icing on the cake, when I went to pay for it, she said "we want to make your vacation special, so there is no charge"!!!!! I almost started crying. I have gained my confidence in humanity once again and it's all due to April Hunt and Honda of Lumberton!!! Thanks April! Richard and Crystal Britt-Mooresville NC

  I’m going to give the Salesman Latrell 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He tried his best to work out a deal but Mr. Kent just couldn’t come to an agreement on price nor interest rate. Everyone Please go to Bryan Honda in Fayetteville, NC! I called Bryan Honda and Told the salesman what I wanted and how much I was looking to pay! He said come on in I GOT you! Guess what?? In and out in less than 2 hours!!! With the exact car I could have bought from Lumberton. Bryan Honda really made my experience a breeze! It was a calm environment, no haggle price and very professional service. The MANAGER actually walked over to shake our hand and THANKED us for our business!! Kent couldn’t care less if he had our business. He made that super clear! So again, Thanks to Bryan Honda in Fayetteville for doing what Kent @Lumberton Honda couldn’t do!

  Went there to try to purchase a civic. We were trading and knew there would be some negative equity. They come to the table with a price of $42,000 for a civic!! I asked for a lower price and that I had a check ready for the numbers to be right. But instead they sent Austyn Oxendine over to try to "explain" that banks wouldn't do a loan for negative equity, as I'm trying my hardest to tell him I've already been approved and have the check from navy federal. Would NOT listen! Instead tried to get us to purchase a Honda accord for payment $873 per month. NEVER came with a reduced price for the civic, and that's the only vehicle we wanted to purchase! Claimed to get us a better deal thru honda finance, never showed or told us anything about that! Wasted 4 hours of our time just trying to inquire about the best they could do for the civic! What a joke this place is!!! I would advise to check other honda dealers before trying to purchase from Lumberton honda, because they are natural at deceiving! So we finally got up and told them we would go to Ashboro Honda to get our civic! They had unbeatable prices anyway! That's what we did and no, it wasn't $42,000 for the civic, almost $7000 less with no problems with the trade in!! Go to ASHBORO HONDA, they will do you right!!!! Very worth the 2 hour drive!!
