I was not the only customer that was told they had no rental available and they also had reservations. I told the guy someone should have notified me about this before I drove 20 minutes to pick up my rental. He stated that his phone line was down and could not notify me. He could have sent me an email or called me on his cell. He had all my info on his computer. He was on his cell when I walked in. The site had sent me several messages during the week about my check in for my reservation. But no car when i get there. So, I had to go to Enterprise in Fayetteville, NC to get a rental. Waited in line a about 45 min. Gabe, in Fayetteville was great.

My husband and I had contacted several enterprise locations Fayetteville airport, Cliffdale road in Fayetteville and Sanford, NC and went in person to them for our reservations and the vehicle we reserved was not available… All we were advised is to call in the morning. Bri took time confirmed the vehicle was on site and made the process a breeze! Thank you Bri for your outstanding customer service and professionalism! This is the second time I have rented in Lumberton and it’s been great! I will only deal with this location moving forward ❤️❤️! Thank you for being AWESOME!
