I went in for a simple inspection and two tires, already dreading the usual… waiting around, trying to flag someone down, and somehow getting talked into things I didn’t plan on paying for. BUT that was not my experience here at all. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted right away. The staff was attentive, friendly, and refreshingly honest. They respected my time and only focused on what my car actually needed.. no pressure, no unnecessary add-ons, just solid, reliable service. Easily the best service experience I’ve had with my vehicle. Everyone I encountered was welcoming. Chris, who I assume was a manager, made the visit a 10/10. Professional, personable, and somehow I left in a better mood than when I came in. I felt taken care of and completely confident my car was in good hands… which says a lot for a first visit. 10/10, I’ll definitely be back! 😊
