  Excellent service and sweet guys. Ive used them now for oil changes, brand new tires, alignment, new brakes and new brake fluid. They also warned me about my alternator going bad. I plan to go there for everything I can. I think his name is Chris that helps up front alot is awesome and a big help everytime. Always smiling too. Glad theyre around here!

  I recently had an oil change at Mavis in Louisburg and couldn’t be happier with the experience.   I live in Franklinton and went to Louisburg location where they said they didn't have the machine to do the "new refrigerant" my car requires which was fine. They said that they called another location and checked for me and I could go to Hendersons location. I drove the 30 minutes to Henderson and their one tech that can use the machine was out ill. I then called and asked why they sent me there. Eddie said he would ask and said that the guy actually called the Wake Forest location! So I called Wake Forest and they said that the tech from Louisburg who called was told the Wake Forest location machine is broken. The Louisburg tech got mad and hung up on him. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!!!!! HOW UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE WITH THE GAS PRICES!!!
