  Long review but it's worth it. On July 11th ( give or take a day or so) I pulled up with a coupon to get my oil changed before my trip to Florida. CHASE came out to greet me and informed me that they were extremely short staffed and they would not be able to service me. He checked my oil and tires and told me that he would still honor my coupon when I got back from my trip. He was a gentleman and made sure we were safe for travel. Fast forward to September 24th (today)... I still hadn't gotten my oil changed and got a coupon for whitley auto in locust, they were close for training. I pulled in at Strickland bros locust to see if they could help me out and they were THE MOST DELIGHTFUL GROUP OF YOUNG MEN. CHASE and CAMERON are total ALLSTARS ☆☆☆☆☆ They were so patient and helpful. They were both very knowledgeable of my car and made sure to check everything so we were safe to drive for our next trip. BRADLEY was also a big help and spotted that a squirrel had moved into some part under my hood. Overall, I will use these guys as my first choice for car maintenance. I trust these guys. I feel like they were honest, remembered me, as well as found me the best deal to take care of my needs! CHASE ☆ CAMERON ☆ BRADLEY

  Pulled up was supposed to be a 10 minute oil change 25 minutes later never got into the bay. Turned around and Left. I know good help is getting very hard to find these days but this is ridiculous.

  I've visited this place three times since it transitioned from Halvoline to Strickland Brothers, and I've decided I'll never return here. If I could give zero stars, I would. The first time I came to them for the "ten minute oil change" that they proudly advertise, I was at the business for a full hour. It went like this: I needed to be somewhere, so I was relieved to finally hit the front of the line. But once there, i Waited for about twenty minutes to be seen at all. When the worker showed up, he offered me a mini water bottle and asked what I needed. I was very specific: "Just an oil change, please." So I pulled into the bay and then spent the next forty minutes cooped in my car while they performed an oil change. I knew, without a doubt, that they were poking around looking for something to upsell me on. Sure enough, the associate walks out and tries to sell me a cabin air filter. As always, I refused. Fifteen minutes later the manager walks up and informs me that I allegedly need some coolant, and that they can do it for me now. Once again, I refused and told them I was planning to do the coolant at home. "Just finish the oil change, please." This upset me greatly because I was already in a hurry and was very specific about what I wanted. I ended up being late to my appointment as a result. The other two times I visited, I was not even seen because I grew angry and tired of waiting and left. I spent 30 minutes waiting to be seen both times. Just a minute ago, The guy in front of me left. I followed suit and I'll be doing my car business elsewhere from now on. This business consistently wastes my time and a tiny water bottle is not enough to wash away my distaste.

  James is the best! I went in for an inspection and he was so kind and honest. He also told my daughter she didn't need an oil change when I sent her in alone right after she got her car (my mistake assuming it was time). It's so nice to have a local place you can trust!

  Today was my first time visiting and even though things didn't go as planned, the issues weren't Stricland Brothers - it was the parts stores. Once that was straightened out by the lead guy having to go himself to get the filter needed, everything went great. I had a premium oil change and tire rotation. The team gave me $20 off for having to wait about 2 hours total but more importantly gave me info to help with my rusting lug bolts. I will be back for sure. Overall well priced, very well for these days actually. Try them out!! I went to the Locust shop.
