- RSRob Supra1 day ago5.0Today was my first time visiting and even though things didn't go as planned, the issues weren't Stricland Brothers - it was the parts stores. Once that was straightened out by the lead guy having to go himself to get the filter needed, everything went great. I had a premium oil change and tire rotation. The team gave me $20 off for having to wait about 2 hours total but more importantly gave me info to help with my rusting lug bolts. I will be back for sure. Overall well priced, very well for these days actually. Try them out!! I went to the Locust shop.

He charged my husband the $13 for a failed inspection. Minutes later my husband went to a auto mechanic shop who said there wasn't anything at all wrong with our brake lights and we passed our inspection. My husband went back and asked for his money back and "Dante the manager" adamantly refused to refund our money, and was a "smart mouth" and told my husband that "he's not going to get a dime or any money from him and our mechanics don't know what they are talking about". Very poor customer service and lack of professionalism from someone who is the manager !
