Great customer service. Thank Arlo and Nick for fixing my issue on the first visit. This team cares for their customers in the most efficient, professional, and honest manner that I have come across in quite some time. A very refreshing experience for me and my wife. I will be using them for all future needs. Thank you and keep it up.

Wish I could give 0. Women beware! Use cross road tires instead I beg you. My sister just had two tires replaced and it was almost 600 dollars! I got 4 for that at cross road. But the worst part is how she was treated! I don't know the name of the man who helped her, as he was not wearing any kind of name tag, but she said he seemed like he was the one in charge. She was there Monday Oct 5th at 4 pm. She was lectured for over 10 minutes on how not to be a people pleaser and let other people borrow her car. Then when asked about prices he said 160 a tire. Then while she waited he ate snacks and watched tiktok on full volume. When it came time to check out her car sat for 10 minutes in front of the store while the guy was still on his phone. Finally he rung her up and the cost was 542. 160 just in labor which is normally free with tires! 120 for wheel alignment which is also normally free! When she asked for a price break down (because the first receipt just said the total). He printed the full account then came around the desk with a highlighter, stood way too close to her shoulder, and broke down every cost in a demeaning, patronizing manner. Will never return to this location or any other Mavis.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ These boys deserve 5 stars! 👏🏼 I came in today for just an oil change because, of course, I was WAY overdue for one 😂. While I was there they took the initiative and went ahead and took care of me with a tire rotation without having to ask! They also have another great promotion going on right now for $20 off an oil change, which was a nice bonus! Great customer service, very respectful men, and you can tell they genuinely care about taking care of their customers. I really appreciate the extra effort and will definitely be back! Thank you, Arlo & Mavis Tire Tram in Locust! 🛞❤️

It took them 3 hours to change 2 tires and I was one of three people in there shop. They also tried up selling me on things I had just had done. Also the shop manager was walking around in slides/flip flops the whole time I was in the shop.

Arlo helped me out. Very professional and always nice to me when I come in. I was rushing to get here from work an hour before they closed. The shop took care of me. I really appreciate the kindness especially last minute when I know they were wrapping the night up. Thank you so much Arlo and the crew for being so kind to me in my time of need. Making sure I'm safe in the road was a priority and I appreciate it so much. God bless you and your crew. Quick, fast, friendly, professional, and kind service.
