  My tire got punctured and I needed to get it patched. Arlo and Nico were very helpful and were able to get it done within ten minutes! I really appreciate their help and I will say my husband has also been here and gotten his tires replaced and they were not only reasonably priced but very fast and helpful too! Definitely recommend Mavis!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires in Locust. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and they made the whole process as fast and convenient as possible. I'd definitely recommend this place!

  I called to get two tires replaced on my boat trailer . I was headed to the beach when I notice they both needed to be replaced. The person on the phone said sure bring the tires in. I said they are on trailer, he said I would have to take them off and bring them in they don't take tires off trailers. I call discount tires they said bring it in we will work you in they did with excellent service.

  Wow. Horrible customer service I can’t believe the guy at the front desk thinks the volume on the tv & his snacks and whatever he was watching was more important than acknowledging customers needs first. Ridiculous. Extremely unprofessional. I walked out after 15 of patiently waiting. To not get helped at all. Didn’t even ask what I was there for. This was my first experience I live close by just to never comeback to do any business. I don’t recommend.

  My husband took his truck to Mavis Locust for an oil change. After bringing the truck home, we discovered that dirty oil was now leaking all over our driveway. Based on the condition of the oil, we have concerns about whether the oil change was actually completed despite being charged for the service. We contacted the shop, but no one returned our calls. Eventually, we brought the truck back in, and they corrected the leak and completed the oil change. While I appreciate that they addressed that issue, we have repeatedly tried to discuss the damage to our driveway and our concerns about the service performed, and we have not received any response regarding cleanup, reimbursement, or an explanation. The lack of communication and accountability has been very disappointing. We expected better workmanship and customer service.
