Instead, they mocked me. They damage your car, they don’t even leave it clean, and they won’t own up to it. Don’t go there. No recomendaría para nada este lugar. Llevé mi auto a lavar en Lincolnton y me rayaron el espejo. Tomaron fotos, pero nunca se hicieron responsables. En vez de eso, se burlaron de mí. Te arruinan el carro, no lo dejan limpio y encima no asumen el daño. No vayas.

- RHReeni HampdenMay 6, 20261.0My vehicle was stuck in the bay for roughly 6 seconds. I was desperately trying to drive out as a car was hitting my bumper because she wasn't stuck. Needless to say the worker was useless and extremely rude to myself and to the lady who was hitting my car. He changed his poor attitude real fast once my husband pulled up, which shows a lot about his thoughts on women. The way he treated both myself and the other woman was uncalled for. The bay stopped working and my car was damaged. How about asking first, are either of us hurt? No, he immediately got loud, wouldn't stop talking AT US and blaming us! I don't take kindly to anyone being disrespectful to me, but especially a KID younger than my 3 kids. Whoever owns zips needs to have a long talk with the tall heavy dude that treats your customers horribly. Definitely lost 2 long term customers
