  Place is tired and its appearance is scary. Service is slow even when you have an appointment.

  Called in an ER (baby in car) and the lady that barely spoke English was about as useless as poasible.

  Made a 10:00am appointment for a flat tire. Waited one hour before they pulled my truck in, then took them until 12:30pm to complete a patch. Weeds growing all around the building and even throw the bench for customer seating. Half of the lobby lights not working.

  Called around 12:20pm to ask if they done wheel alignments. They said yes and proceeded to tell me they could do an alignment that day at 1pm. I agreed and they asked if I was dropping off or waiting there, I told them i was in a hurry so I would be waiting there if they were actually going to start on it right away at 1 when i arrive. They said yes they would have a tech read and available at 1pm. I arrive right before 1 and go to the desk. The same person I spoke with on the phone was behind the desk, I let him know I was there for my wheel alignment at 1pm they had scheduled for me. He then tells me it will be an hour before they can get to it. So I ask him why when he had already told me they would have available tech at 1, He says two other appointments came in and they were working on those so it would be at least an hour before they could get to me. I told him to cancel my appointment and left. That is a terrible way to do business and I will not be going back. I do NOT recommend this place at all!

  I am posting this on behalf of my elderly mother. I implore you all to find literally any other tire shop. They are sneaky with their business and warranty. I purchased new tires from them exactly a month ago and I got the warranty. My tire blew out yesterday while driving.. they were not open yesterday and the call center number was not helpful either. I came back today to see if they would replace my tire under warranty like specified for free and they told me that they would prorate it and I would still owe $150 for the tire under their “warranty”. This is terrible business and for a person on a fixed retirement income, this is ridiculous that they would persuade people to get the warranty when you still have to pay for a new tire. This is shady and I will not be back. I will also tell anyone that will listen my story and I’ve contacted your corporate office to let them know my feelings about this “warranty” situation.
