  Nope! Do Not go here… Spoke with a woman named CAROL.. Told me to bring my vehicle in. Carol was distant after i got there. She made no communication whatsoever to keep me informed about my vehicle. I waited 4 hours for my vehicle in a filthy waiting area with two chairs and no TV or Coffee machine after a moment of about 2 hours no seeing anyone inside i went to a corner store beside the building and got a water as i was walking by the car bays again, I saw no one. All the while i was looking for someone CAROL to at least relay to me about my car. In about 4 hours there stands carol at the Cash register starring into space. I immediately asked her and i quote “What is going on with my car have they started “ She then looked at me and said, " Oh, we don't have a mechanic to come in to do it. So I'm looking at her like why did you not tell me this hours ago and why make me lose a day of work to bring my car. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN… VERY NON COMMUNICATION SKILLS, WEIRD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEVER ANY MECHANICS ON SITE.

  I had an excellent experience with Mr. Tire. They were friendly and so helpful. My car has the car computer mounted on top of the battery so I was unable to switch it out myself. I didn’t have to wait long at all for service and it was very reasonably priced. I will be coming back for any other car needs. Highly recommend

  Made inspection appointment then they cancelled it cause their “equipment” didn’t work. Equipment is a computer

  Very good customer service and quick trustworthy work. They've never bungled a job for me yet. They've always done the job right. I do feel like I've been overcharged but it might just be the economy and inflation.

  Made a 10:00am appointment for a flat tire. Waited one hour before they pulled my truck in, then took them until 12:30pm to complete a patch. Weeds growing all around the building and even throw the bench for customer seating. Half of the lobby lights not working.
