Great guys and willing to help. I went in for inspection at last minute. They let me know I needed a tire that was bladed and showed it to be before they did work. Very professional! I will definitely be back! This is the go to place for tires in Lincolnton!

Had a phenomenal experience this place goes above and beyond for customer service and they actually point out everything that needs to be taken care of they go above and beyond and continue to go above and beyond even after the job is done the customer service I will repeat myself is tremendous. I had Alex taken care of me and the team here was just phenomenal. Definitely would put more than five stars if I could come down to Mavis that will get you set up in a timely matter. And they will also try to find the coupons for you if you can’t find them.

I wanted to say a big shout out to Alex! The day before I was stuck in Lenoir. My ac just immediately stopped working and the battery light came on with a charging system failure message. As I pulled into a gas station I noticed it was hard to move the steering wheel. My boyfriend paid to have it towed to the Mavis there in Lenoir. The lady was very sweet and helpful. Everyone was for that matter in regards to customer service at the Lenoir store. I had to go back up yesterday to pick my car up. The guy brought my car to me and says "hey I don't know why the light for the battery is still on, I reset it. After you drive it it may rest itself." My boyfriend asked if they checked the alternator. He said yes. I asked did you check the serpentine belt because when it was hard to steer I thought that might be it. He said it was all good. So, I drive home from Lenoir to Lincolnton and on 321 the same things happen that happened the day before. Immediately we take it to Mavis in Lincolnton. Come to find out Alex shows us the serpentine belt and how it was all shredded to pieces. He called the store up in Lenoir and was able to get us a refund for the cost of our battery. He was able to also get Lenoir to cover the cost of the serpentine belt. Alex treated us like family, looking out for us, and not wanting people took advantage for. We have always went to Mavis in Lincolnton due to location. As we trusted a name, we went to Lenoir but will never again. As we went this morning to get the refund, the customer service towards us shifted. Thank you Alex for taking care of us! We will be coming to you for all our auto needs!!
