- DRDaniel ReedJul 27, 20261.0Was in a car accident on Friday. My insurance company set up a rental at this location. After hearing nothing by Monday I called and was told there was no rental reserved. I called my insurance company and was assured there was a reservation but when I called back was once again told no. The insurance ended up canceling the reservation with Enterprise and set one up with Hertz who promptly called me 5 minutes later. Maybe Enterprise does not value customers who are getting rentals through there insurance, but when you have been through a traumatic event and you need a car for day to day actives, you want a company that's prompt and courteous. In the future if I ever need a car rental I will be choosing Hertz.
