  Chris my brother from another mother!!! What an absolute pleasure from buying a vehicle from Carolina Auto Direct. I spoke to Chris on the phone a week prior to coming from out of state and told him exactly what I was looking for. The lines of communication leading up to “purchase day”. were spot on. Any question I had and if he did not know the answer ( which was few and far in between) he called me or text me the information immediately once he found out. The deal could not have gone any smoother. Gone are the days of spending all day at a dealership working a deal and wasting everyone’s time. Carolina Auto Direct got me in and out within 20 minutes of signing all paperwork. Rachel the finance gal was also dialed in. I would highly recommend buying your next car from CAD! Treated with respect and no pushy sales just open and honest communication which I appreciate. Thanks for taking care of my family.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough great things about Will Jones at Carolina Auto Direct! From the moment I started working with him, he was genuine and just an all-around great person. He was never intimidating and he made the entire process a pleasure. As a female, sometimes you go into a car dealership wondering if you’re going to be taken advantage of. Working with Will was the exact opposite. I always felt respected and like I was being treated fairly. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, I highly recommend him! I will definitely be back if I’m ever in the market for another vehicle or trade. Thank you, Will!

  Carolina Auto Direct was straight up AMAZING when my wife bought her new Jeep through them. We live in California, but my wife found the perfect Jeep with the perfect color all the way over in NC. Not only did Carolina Auto Direct treat my wife with respect, and with utmost professionalism, but I must point out the man man who helped her out. Chris made this transaction SO EASY for my spouse. He was kind, prompt with getting back with answers to questions and overall, just a total sweetheart of a guy. Chris made this whole purchase a breeze and actually, a pleasant experience. When he said something was going to happen, delivery, a follow up phone call, etc., it happened. He never let us down. Can't recommend Carolina Auto and Chris enough.   Will was absolutely amazing and polite. His communication was very helpful and prompt. No hassle and running to his manager. His manner helped put me and my son at ease. I ended up buying my jeep from them and I'm so glad I did. I had looked at many before I made my decision but I'm glad I did. Thank you so much for your help and communication. Thank you for making the process easy. Will even came and picked me up in Reidsville so I could get my jeep in high point. I didn't have a ride and Will was a life saver!!!
