He was patient, considerate, and professional throughout the whole process. Chad, the manager, was also great, and Haley was very helpful when she initially took my call. The finance process was extremely quick as well, which made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend.

He listened to what we wanted and didn't even try to upsell us! Made sure we were comfortable with the numbers! There were 4 or 5 other sales rep outside but didn't even bother to greet us! But here comes Otis walking out the building and greeted us and asked us what we were interested in. He even went and got the car we wanted from another location! Thank you Otis for all your help and making a big and stressful decision easy for us!!
