First, I want to make it clear that I give (5) Stars to Bryan Cummins (Sales Consultant) and Dustin Brown (Service Advisor). I purchased (paid cash) for a pre-owned 2020 Ram 1500 Limited that had a little over 110k miles in Feb 2026. Bryan picked me up in the Ram from the rental location in Dunn, NC and I drove the truck back to the dealership roughly 30 miles or so away and fell in love with the truck. Bryan showed me how to operate everything in the truck and because he’s not only an outstanding Sales Consultant and a good person he even had the detail team clean the truck again after I noticed an area that needed some attention. So, the test drive and salesman experience get Bryan Cummins (5) stars. Now, ONE of the reasons why I gave the Dealership (3) Stars is due to the unprofessional behavior and business processes that I encountered as the CUSTOMER by SOME of the team members that work in the Finance Dept at the dealership and at the main office. Even though I was met by unprofessional behavior, my Sales Associate Bryan was right there with me to help navigate through that situation as well. Another reason why I gave the dealership (3) stars, once I got the truck back to Virginia, the next day the truck started having mechanical issues. I called Bryan and explained what was happening and he asked me to bring the truck back in to the dealership and they would take care of it. Keep in mind I live in Virginia roughly 3.5hrs 7hrs round trip from the dealership so, on Bryan’s word I drove the truck back and rented a car to get back to Virginia. While my truck was being repaired Dustin Brown the Service Advisor and an Honest young man went above and beyond to make sure the major issues were taken care of and no shortcuts were done. So, Dustin Brown gets (5) Stars. The final reason why I gave the dealership an overall rating of (3) Stars, the rear passenger door on my truck was hit/damaged while being serviced at the dealership. When I went in to pick up my truck, I noticed it and pointed out the damage to Bryan and the Service Manager. In the Service Manager’s defense, he did ask me to bring the truck back so they could take care of it. However, I live well over 3.5hrs from the dealership so, it would’ve been difficult for me to do that again considering that it would take a week or two for the repair so, I’d be paying for and driving a rental car for two weeks for damage that happened there. I felt that since my truck was damaged there, they should've found a place in my area to do the repair so, I didn't have to keep driving back and forth. Overall, this is a good dealership with good people but, If you’re looking for (5) Star Customer Service you better ask for Bryan Cummins and if you are looking for (5) Star Repair Service you better ask for Dustin Brown. Hope this review helps someone.

I contacted the dealership to confirm a truck was available for purchase and was on site. After driving almost an hour away I was told it was not at the dealership and was still on the way. I was ready to buy and take home today. When I was told it wasn’t there they said it was the AI the dealership used when you contact the dealership. If their AI isn’t reliable they shouldn’t be using it.

How to lose a business in 30 days should be there name. 2026 ram 3500 dually. In for the second time for the same issue. This time it has been w weeks and the truck.is VIN locked because the ordered a new instrument cluster for it. Just got a message exactly 2 weeks after drop off the the parts are now on back order. Not a single return phone call from anyone at this dealership. This is a work truck and generates 2k per week in revenue. 20k lost already and still cannot ge a call. Inquired when I went over due to no phone call about getting into another vehicle. Sure no problem, if you want to take 52k for a vehicle you paid 79k for in December. Don't buy from here. You will be forgotten about as soon as you drive off the lot.

I recently took my 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 here for some sensor malfunctions coming from service shifter and parksense. I do a lot of my own maintenance on my truck, but sometimes you have to take it to the dealer and let the professionals do it. I live an hour away from this dealer but I still decide to come here because of the service they provide here. There's a certain dealer in Fayetteville that I will absolutely never go to again, even though its closer. The whole staff I interacted with here at John Hiester were extremely professional and helpful. My service advisor Max was quite literally the best I've ever encountered. He made sure I was taken care of as well as my truck. The communication was also the best. Thank you very much. Shout out to Mr. Richard for picking me up as well. Thank you sir. I greatly appreciate the care, respect, and service this dealer provided by all parties involved to me and my truck. I highly recommend you take your vehicle here if you need some work done. I have not bought a vehicle from here, but I would definitely come here first to look. As an Army Soldier and proud American, I thank you and wish you all the very best.

After purchasing my third Ram from John Hiester Lillington I learned that the manufacturer changed bed rails which limited my truck bed cover options. After shopping the third-party vendors for months I contacted the GM Rob Kirkland. As busy as Rob is he took ownership of my issue ensured I was taken care of at his dealership.
