My suv was a certified pre owned and he was honest with me about everything. I actually met the previous owners and was told the same thing about the reason for turning it in and it was the exact thing Mark told me. I truly appreciated his honesty. The previous owners just decided they needed a larger SUV. Love my trax

I explicitly gave permission for only ONE credit inquiry, but they ran my credit FIVE times without my consent. This is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of trust. Multiple unauthorized credit pulls can negatively impact a person’s credit score, and this kind of behavior should not happen to any customer. When I raised the issue, there was no proper accountability or effort to resolve it. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious and make sure you clearly monitor what they are doing with your personal information. I will be disputing these inquiries with the credit bureaus and filing formal complaints. Manager Dan handles this.
