I just got my car a week ago and I am still in LOVE. I had such a great experience and I was treated with so much respect by everyone at the dealership. Martin handled my purchase and deal and I really feel like I got the best deal of the day. If you're buying a car definitely go to him!

My son took his truck to John Hiester Chevrolet of Lillington to have work done. WHen he took the truck there, the bedcover was intact and in good working condition. When he picked the truck up the $1200.00 bedcover was damaged and not working. WHen he addressed the service manage, he was brushed off. He had also requested them to fix a brake line and check to see if there was a transmission leak but these items were not addressed.

Mark Henderson is an absolute gem. He was so patient and made sure I got what I wanted within my price range. Even with changing my mind a few times he remained patient. Mark was so funny and stayed with us through the entire process and let us know every step that was being made. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

* the bed was put on faulty does not lock is not weather proof. As requested Screws were loose when we opened it. No owners manual. So we had to take it back up there....... was told it is indeed faulty!!!! Mind you this is less than 6 hours old and would need a possible "warranty " replacement ....to be continued
Well, I waited a while to do this review and this will be a long one so strap in. My wife and I came with a check from her credit union already approved for a truck. We visited a lot multiple occasions on each occasion that we visited....we were barely Assisted.
However, the third time that we visited the lot, there was a black gentleman unfortunately I cannot recall his name, He was the best person that we had encountered throughout the entire experience. He was very helpful. He did not try to give us things that we did not need and he appreciated the fact that we had our own financing.
When it came time to speak with the finance manager(white ) who we did not need to speak with because we have our own financing, we were treated poorly hassled and spoken to condescendingly
It was not consistent with the service that the previous (black man's) individual had provided us. mind you I used to work for car dealership, so I completely understand the processes that should be followed and how we should be talked to....
Fast forward to we buy a brand new 2026. The vehicle only has about 14 miles on it. We were not happy with the service from the finance manager and we left.
Against my suggestion, my wife goes back to get the bed cover put on the truck. We were told to drop the vehicle off at 8:30 and that it would be a two hour service, When we arrived to pick the vehicle up, we took a note that it had not been moved from the space in which we placed it when I inquired to a service advisor in the department. I was told that this was Tim's ticket and that Tim would come out and give me an update.
One additional hour goes by I still do not have an update as I sit outside directly outside of Tim's window in the service Department . When I go back in to inquire about an update for the truck, I was told that we have yet another hour and a half to wait for the service Then asked why did no one come out and tell me that everyone began to look befuddled, baffled and stupid. Mind you, Tim was sitting right there and when I asked him why he didn't come out and give me an update I did not know you were waiting on it, which is a bold face lie because Stephanie told him we were And to give us an update. Then he goes further to say "we have a busy department" all of which are NOT MY ISSUE
Then all three of the advisors in the shop that the drop off time is a suggestion and not when they will work on it. Not sure why 3 people had to tell me this.......
So...Then what is the point of having an appointment? Telling us that it'll be ready in two hours! Mind you the timeframe, she's giving me as I stated to her- had it would've been taken in at the appointment time. It would've been right on time for what we were given initially
I exited the service department quietly and continue to sit outside and wait an hour and a half on a vehicle outside of Tim's window yeah!!! correct that means Tim did not take the liberty to just scan outside and see if there was anyone waiting on a vehicle I'm honestly not sure if the issues is because we are gay, black, or not poor ....
