- GAGary Alston6 days ago1.0I have been attempting to reach this company and so have GM Financial in reference to a car i test drove and returned within 12 hours notifed yall and the bank the car was returned however the payment was already sent yall was told and informed me that yall had cancelled the transaction and now im hearing from GM yall cashed the payment and have been in possession of the car even have it readvertiser ive had to file a police report and next will will be a complaint with FTC and NC dealership regulatory authorities and i will be filing a small claim this is very unethical and has cauaed great distress in my day to day ive even emailed your corporate offive ans i have all text and emails and so does rhe bank THIS PLACE IS FRAUDULENT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY SCAMMED ME AND THE BANK I HAVE EVERY TEXT BETWEEN ME AND RHE SALES MAN TJ AND RHE FINANCE MANAGER
