I showed up no less than 5-6 times, each visit I was met with a cold water and a smile. He was ever so patient, and all the other staff I interacted with were great, too. With the oil change, they explained everything.

I was greeted by Cliff (the newly promoted Shop Manager) with a bottle of water and a guided entry into the stall—honestly, I felt like I was pulling onto a red carpet rather than getting an oil change. I told him what I needed, and he actually hit that 10-minute mark they advertise. I’ve had microwave meals take longer than that. Cliff and Shad (Assistant Manager) are a well-oiled machine themselves, calling out every move for safety like they were launching a space shuttle. They were both professional, efficient, and genuinely impressive (and funny too). Great call on the promotion, Corporate! If you have a VW Taos (or anything on four wheels), trust these guys. They rock!! Y'all will be seeing my beast, the 2014 Hemi Ram soon! 2024 White VW Taos/Oil & Filter change.
