- KKKellyJun 20, 20261.0Originally we used the one in Archdale and ran into an issue with our oil leaking due to them not using the correct parts. Well they gave me a coupon for a free oil change to make right on their part and we accepted. Now my husband went to the one on E. Center street and he explained the issue we had prior. They insured him they would use the correct crush washer. 3 days later we have oil leaking in our driveway. We took our car somewhere else and they discovered the correct crush washer was not used. I get that European cars can be difficult to deal with but aren't shops suppose to know these kinds of things as you deal with a wide variety of vehicles. We will not be using Strickland anymore.
