  Thomas Wall always gets me sorted and has amazing customer service. I am very particular about my cars oil and he takes extra time to show me if there was anything on my drain plug, and my oil level before and after servicing. I always come to any SB that Thomas is working at.

  Shane Gwaltney and Thomas wall have the worst customer service I have ever experienced they are rude disrespectful and unkind I will never return to this company as long as they have jobs

  There is a guy here named Cameron in Lexington, North Carolina. The first thing I see when I pull up his smile. Cameron has a great customer service and he always go over and beyond of taking care of the customers he always ask before and after every job he do for me, he will ask me do I have any questions and with a smile he always ask me do I need any other assistance before I leave? Cameron always gives great detail of what is going to happen before and after the process is of getting an oil change or getting my car inspected. Cameron I give you Five Stars. For great customer services Thank You!!!!!

  I get the best service when I come here!! They always go the extra mile for me and I appreciate that! The staff communicates everything clearly, and lets you know what's happening. Easy in and easy out. And they do state inspections!
