  I came in with a brake problem that was really stressing me out. This is physically, mentally, and financially. I immediately felt at ease with Annette and Shanna making me feel welcome and taken care of. The best part was when they helped me with my budget and moved things around to get me taken care of without being put to the max financially. Thank you so much.

  Had a blow out and was initially towed to the salisbury store. The two men working were kind and very helpful. They did not have a replacement tire at that store but did have one at the lexington store. They inflated my spare and mounted it. I wento to the lexington store and met Shanna and Steven. Both were courteous and eager to help. Shanna was especially pleasant made sure i was taken care of. She has a great sense of humor. I was 3 hours from home and stressed. Her attitude alleviated my stress. I was out the door and on my way home in no time. Thank you Shanna and Mavis! You have a winning team!!!

  Shanna and Tank were absolutely amazing! I came in expecting to replace my tires, but they discovered several other issues that truly could have been a lifesaver. Shanna took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand and worked hard to find the most affordable solutions for me. I really appreciated their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. This was my first visit to Mavis, and thanks to Shanna and Tank, it definitely won't be my last. I've found my new go-to auto shop. Thank you both for the outstanding service!

  I had a pretty bad experience. I got there at 7:45 for my 8am oil change and tire rotation and didn’t leave until 10:20. They proceeded to all tell me different things about what i needed done and every minute we talked was more things that just got add on to the original 2 things i was told about. They looked for my lug nut key to rotate my tires and didn’t find it but didn’t allow me to look for it until my car was out of the bay and i found it right away. I then proceeded to wait again and that’s when i was asked to leave a review. This was a really bad experience and i will not be coming back here. I only went here because it came with a free tire rotation, i should’ve gone to 10 min oil change instead

  Arrived for my 10 am appt and they are a packed house. They seem to be moving people through but we'll see. The workers are killing it outside especially for this early morning heat. The front desk, I was greeted by Annette and she was incredibly friendly and conversational. She got me in and set up quickly. Let me know what the total would be and that you pay when work is complete. Offered a tire rotation which I declined and there was no guilt or extra pushing from the staff which I appreciated. Before leaving they did notify me about my brakes needing replaced soon. I declined. She did ask how much my mechanic charges and told me their price but I still declined. She walked away at that and I was out the door in 10 more minutes. Overall about 30-40 mins for an oil change. Great experience.
