On my way to South Carolina today, I had to find a tire store because I was losing pressure. I stopped in Mavis tires in Lexington, North Carolina. Steven checked all my tires for me and made me feel so much more comfortable getting back on the road on a wet rainy day. I appreciate the good quick service. He was so kind and so helpful. Thanks, Steven!

I wanted to leave a review to recognize Steven at the Mavis Tires location in Lexington, NC, for his incredible help! The service was outstanding, but what truly made a difference was his kindness and genuine human touch. He went above and beyond to assist us with a wonderful attitude, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, empathetic, and truly helpful; especially on a Sunday! Thank you so much, Steven, for your amazing service! Highly recommended!

So quick little story, me and my cousin were headed to a concert in Charlotte when our tired popped being 45 min out from Charlotte mind you I’m from Greenville NC. I don’t know what to do at first. We tried changing our tire our self’s but didn’t work. So we called the shop and Steven was the one who picked up the phone and told we could come to the shop mind you it was like 30 min before closing. We got a tow truck to take us to the shop. At that point they were going to close less than 10 min. But Nico and Steven were absolutely amazing. If anything more companies should hire people like them. Even with less than 10 min of closing they fixed my popped tire. And I still made it on time to the concert. So forever grateful for both of their help.

Before I entered the customer area, Steven came out of the shop with a smile and asked how he could help. I explained I was traveling and had a tire valve leaking, and had to use my donut spare. I googled "nearest tire shop" and there I was. They got me in immediately, fixed the valve, with a price that blew my mind! It's hard to find mechanics this honest, especially when dealing with someone from out of town who is desperate to get back on the road. I was an easy mark to take advantage of. The whole shop was busy, but they were all smiles and it seemed like morale was good. I'd trust these guys with my car needs if I'm ever back in Lexington, NC. Well done Steven and Nico!
