  I've used them for vacation rentals and insurance claims and they are awesome. Quick and painless rentals for sure. Cam and malikah were awesome!

  Lexington NC. Absolutely the nicest employees and cleanest cars. That's what I love the most. Good working cars that are clean.

  We rented a car from Enterprise (Lexington, NC) while our truck was being repaired. We were very happy with the car (2025 Altima) and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommended!

  Will never rent with them again after years of being my top choice for rental cars...This past experience with customer service not listening roadside just sendingme and my family wherever they wanted with no real guarantee of a vehicle replacement but always said there was but get to locations for everyone to looked shocked to see me... Communication is horrible amongst branches we lost almost two days of our trip because of rental run around ... Disgusted and would leave no stars if possible

  Made reservations online and specifically asked the representative about vehicle availability at the Lexington location. He assured me that there were vehicles available, only for me to arrive and there were no vehicles available. I was stranded in Lexington for hours. Such an inconvenience and very dissatisfied with the service.
