  Toni was very helpful, polite and explained the process of getting a diagnosis for my issue.She offered several options to repair my Tahoe. Even though I could not afford to repair it she was very understanding and polite. Toni is an asset to Capital. If I could afford a new truck I would definitely buy one from Capital in Lexington. If your team is as accommodating as Toni, you have something most dealerships don’t. Thanks again

  First off, the staff treat you with respect and welcoming attitudes when you walk through the lot of front doors. They had the SUV I wanted to look at pulled up front waiting for my arrival all cleaned up for a good impression. They absolutely gave me a great first impression. Alexis was very helpful, kind, and had a open listening ear to all of my concerns. Although I did not leave with the vehicle I wanted, they deserve your business. They pull strings so that I was comfortable and made my first time at a dealership a delight.

  I had a great experience at Capital Chevrolet in Lexington! I originally met with Ben Miller, who was incredibly helpful during my test drive of the Chevrolet Traverse High Country. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He then passed me along to Steven Wright, who helped get the process started and saw it all the way through to the finish line. Both Ben and Steven were fantastic to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours, which is impressive when buying a vehicle! It’s clear that everyone at Capital Chevrolet has their act together and is genuinely dedicated to making the car-buying process as smooth and successful as possible. I really appreciate the way everything was handled! I highly recommend Capital Chevrolet if you’re in the market for a new ride! 🚙 Be sure to ask for Steven Wright, and tell him you found him through my review! You won’t be disappointed!

  My wife has wanted a Hydro Blue SUV for some time when we found one here @ Capital Chevy GMC and connected with Teng Lee and informed him that I am also in the business and was very easy to deal with answering all of my wife’s questions and concerns I told Teng we would be coming from Maryland to purchase the 2023 Grand Cherokee it was ready and cleaned with gas when we arrived everyone was very pleasant so if we are in need of another vehicle I will definitely will take the 4hr trip to deal with Teng Lee and Jesse Sanchez and the rest of the Capital Chevy GMC family

  Had an appointment at 8:00am. I arrived on time and walked into the service department. All the service writers were hanging out. I waited at a desk, and a lady finally came and checked me in—but I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged that a customer had entered. My car gets checked in for an oil change and a squeak from the serpentine belt (that we took last time to get looked at and they said nothing was wrong with it). I confirmed this was a waiter and headed to the waiting area. Two hours later is the first time I heard from an employee after check in. They confirmed the belt was indeed needing to be replaced, and it would be out of pocket, non-warranty because it is “wear and tear.” Mind you—the belt failed only being 3.5 years and less than 60k miles. While this falls outside of the dealer and onto the manufacturer, the way the service manager handled the situation was atrocious. It was very evident that I was wasting his time and would rather argue about what a serpentine belt does than offer a solution. I will say it has been painful using this service department. We purchased the car when we did not live in the area, and we used Hendrick service for years—looks like we should’ve kept using them.
