  Was told steering had to much play it has 1 1/2 in. Movement . They said to much state inspection says 3to 4 in. Is fail . Not 1 1/2 in . They need to read or at least be honest

  I went to Valvoline in Lenoir,N.C.this morning for a oil change and filter .I am a Vietnam veteran.I told him I had a 25.00 off coupon.He said since I was a Veteran I could get more off price .He said he could put the 10% off on the price multiple times.When I got Bill was only $9.30 off bill.I told him you Lied to me He said I am sorry .I said Sorry didn't save me what I could have got with my coupon Will never go there again.

  This man said that he was up for mgt.He changed my oil and sold me a air filter said it cost 52.00$.but he would let me have it for 24.00$ when I got back to the house i had been charged 52.00$.Not happy about that.

  The CSR, Thomas, was very sincere and knowledgeable. He made me feel like a valued customer, and his personal skills made the garage feel more like I was doing business with a “friend” instead of just another “customer”. His teammates Jeremy (topside) and Logan (bottom side) were exceptional as well. Great experience, for sure! I haven’t taken my vehicles to a garage to be serviced in at least 10 years, due to lack of trust and accountability. My opinion has changed after today’s experience. I will be a returning customer from now on. Thank you, guys!

  This was my second visit to the Lenoir, NC location. I was helped by Russell on both occasions. This young man is so respectful, helpful and polite. My first visit, I arrived at an unusually busy time. Russell let me know an approximate wait time. I chose to wait about 30 minutes which was a pretty accurate assessment. My most recent trip, i waited less than 5 minutes. He recomended a new rear wiper blade which I was very aware needed replacement and changed the cabin filter. I was shown the filter and made my own decision with no sales pressure other than offering available discounts. He and the other employee doing the oil change literally kept me aware of everything they were doing and seeing. As far as cost, pricing is average, not high, not super low, but you get excellent service and it's worth every penny. Oil change price - average. Wipers and cabin filter - I felt they were a little pricey but not so much that I didnt get them. For me, the convenience and excellent customer service were worth it.
