  Will and Bella at the LENOIR, NC Mavis Tire location did an outstanding job helping me with an issue with a mower tire. They both were friendly and exceptionally helpful.

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes thanks to Bella. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything and even helped identify an issue with my oil pan that I had no idea existed — something that could have turned into a much bigger and more expensive problem down the road. Bella also helped me choose the correct oil for my car and made sure I understood why it was the best option. It’s rare to come across someone who is both genuinely helpful and attentive to customers. Her honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend asking for Bella if you visit Mavis Tire!

  I took my Camaro to Mavis in Lenoir NC on Wednesday this week to get tires I purchased online along with TPMs. They couldn’t get my tires mounted on the rear which are low profile and when closing time came after being there for 3 hours they told me they’d have to put my old tire on and I’d have to come back tomorrow. Took it back in on Thursday at 10:30 to get the last tire on and to get my TPMs on which they didn’t do the first time, left the car there until 6pm that evening and when I went back they still hadn’t scanned my monitoring system to set it up with the car like they said they would do. I’m very disappointed and will not ever go back to this center, as I was lied to and treated poorly by not finishing the job the first time!

  I stopped in to ask a general question about my flat tire. Bella had amazing customer service! She thoroughly answered every question and changed my flat tire, No charge! The service was quick and efficient. I will be back! I highly recommend coming to Mavis if you have any car issues. 5 stars 🌟

  got a nail in my tire thought it punctured all the way through it didn’t but they still took the time to spray the tire to make sure nothing else was wrong with it and let me walk out not paying a dime 10/10 great customer service!
