  Every time Im in town to see my great aunts not only do I bring their cars i get my car serviced and checked out. The attitude of positivity just flows in there and everyone seems to enjoy not only their jobs but being around one another. The manager Bella is a delight and very hands on she does a great job. Until next time I will see you all soon

  Bella and her team gave fantastic customer service. I had a tire pressure light on due to a bad sensor. She was able to show me which one and also explain the process of changing it out. It was nice to have someone break it down for me in terms I can understand also a great price! Definitely going for all of my future work.

  My wife and I were on our way to spend a day in Blowing Rock NC. Along the way we picked up a nail in the tire on our 2026 Mazda CX 90. The tire was leaking badly. We noticed a Mavis Tire location in Lenoir and stopped in to add air. I should point out that we’ve been loyal Mavis customers since moving to North Carolina 3 years ago. The tire needed to be replaced due to severe puncture. It would appear that the specific tire is not one normally stocked so we ordered 4 to be installed when we got home to Charlotte area. The gentlemen at the Lenoir Mavis location could not have been more helpful. They not only assisted us with advice but also put on our spare tire to ensure we made it home. Matt & Andy are truly the Dynamic Duo of Mavis Tire. These 2 superheroes are another great example of why Mavis Tire earns our business. Congratulations on having these 2 customers service superstars on your team!

  This business is awesome!! Free tire rotation when you buy from them, easy appointment scheduling on line, then they get you in and out in a timely fashion. Very friendly and efficient folks, quality car care. Bella was a sweetie!!
