  I always have a good experience at the Mavis store in Lenoir. Bella & Matt are always pleasant and helpful and are customer-oriented. That’s why I keep going there.

  I recently spent about $1,300 on four tires at this location, and although the tires themselves appear to be fine, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I arrived as a walk-in customer needing four tires. Another customer arrived shortly after me, also as a walk-in, with a similar Silverado. The store was not busy, but his truck was taken into the shop and worked on before anyone even properly spoke with me. He was finished and gone about an hour before I was. What made the experience worse was the lack of communication. No one explained why I was being passed over, gave me any updates, reviewed the tire warranty, explained promotions, or walked me through what I was purchasing. When I was quoted the price, I specifically asked that my military discount be included at checkout and showed my military identification. The discount was never applied or even discussed again. After spending $1,300, I did not feel valued, acknowledged, or treated like a customer. The issue was not simply the wait. It was the feeling of being completely ignored while another walk-in customer who arrived after me received immediate attention and better communication. The tires may be fine, but the overall customer service experience was disappointing.

  The manager that I dealt with, bella, was rather amazing. She pointed out several things that my car needed and I made sure that they were scheduled to be done. They were honest, up front, and very straightforward which is a rarity nowadays. Definitely going back.

  Came in with a skid plate dragging. Asked if there was something they could do. They immediately put my car on a lift and removed the plate so that I could get home. I didn’t want to drive 50 miles with the plate dragging. Everyone was so kind and the service was done at no charge. Great place!

  Came in today because I was hearing a strange noise coming from the passenger side. Bella and her team did an amazing job finding my issues. They explained the whole process to me in a way that I would understand. They got me in and out in a timely matter. Huge shout to Bella, Matt and the guys in shop. Thank you
