  3 and a half hours for 2 new tires and an alignment is ridiculous. Didn't even come get the car to pull it in until 30 mins after my appointment time, then took 2 hours to mount 2 tires and an hour plus for the alignment. Unless youve got all day HEAVILY consider elsewhere. Literally anywhere else.

  The manager and employees at the Lenoir Mavis provided marvelous customer service to me. My car appeared to be overheating and they quickly fixed the problem with an infusion of coolant and didn’t even charge! They were very kind and courteous to me and the other customers which makes you want to return to them in the future. It’s so unusual in this day to find people willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy. Thank you Mavis!

  ⭐ Disappointing Experience I went to Mavis Tire to get a simple alignment done. When I arrived, there were three people ahead of me, and one eventually got tired of waiting and left. That still left two people in front of me. After waiting for over an hour, they still had not finished the vehicles they were already working on. During that time, two trucks came in and employees were loading items into those trucks while customers continued to wait. From what I could see, they appeared to be extremely understaffed. I understand businesses get busy and staffing can be difficult, but customers' time matters too. I eventually had to leave because I simply didn't have two or three hours to sit and wait for an alignment. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the quality of their work because I never got the opportunity to have the work done. Based on the wait and lack of communication, though, my experience was disappointing. Hopefully they can improve their staffing and wait times going forward.If you want, I can also make it shorter and a little more direct for a Google review.
