  I shop at this store on a regular basis, and I’m tired of dealing with the GM. Instead of being helpful with a warranty issue, he says he can’t do anything even though it was their negligence that caused the discrepancy in the first place. The other thing is the GM told me they do not price match, that is a BS lie. They WILL price match local retailers like for like and this is the only store I’ve had this issue with. Take care of your customers, and they will keep coming back. Tell them you can’t help them repeatedly or refuse to price match a local retailers price that is $20 less and they’ll find a retailer who will help them and not cheat them out of their money.   Plenty of parking. I miss the old staffers. New staff offered to help, but forgot about me. Tried to sell me items I didn't need or want. Handy location.
