- PRPaola RayoApr 27, 20261.0Place has 0 customer service. You walk in and everybody looks like the walking dead like they can't stand that they're even there. My brakes went bad and needed some asap and they weren't willing to work with me at all as my husband was going to call and pay over the phone. Thankfully there is at least 1 auto part store in this county that was willing to help me out. Go to napa folks don't even waste your time here.

I finally just left and will take my business elsewhere. Customer service training is definitely needed here. For instance, “Hello. I’ll be right with you.”

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
