  Took my car here yesterday and dealt with Gene. 12/10 experience. He was SO kind and willing to help me on a timeline. I literally cannot put into words how much this all meant. This is my new tire and brake place. Extremely fair quote for the work as well. As a woman, this type of experience amd treatment is beyond appreciated.

  I had a slow leak in one of my tires that I purchased here last year. I stopped in on Saturday and they said they were busy that I should make an appointment. So I made an appointment for Sunday and showed up fifteen minutes early. They said I should come back at 2:00. I rescheduled for Monday at 10:00 and again showed up fifteen minutes early. It’s now 11:32 and they still have my car on the lift. This is for one tire. This is what business they are in. I’ll never be back or recommend this place.

  Tremendous service!! I brought the truck in with a flat tire in the bed, and they did it all, got the job done and at a great price! They noticed that the tire on the other side was wearing enough that it didn't make sense to just replace the one and not the other so we went for both, I'll take care of the other two in another year. They cleaned up the job by putting my spare back under the truck and cleaning up my back seat where the tire changing tools are... Great job guys !!

  Was in a bind and had a tire go flat and went by there and they were absolutely amazing took it back right then and there found a nail in my tire fixed it and was on my way and unbelievably nice and helpful absolutely a joy to do business with...... top-notch business!! Will definitely be back if something comes up

  I had a flat tire but managed to get my car into the Mavis in Leland, NC. They fixed the flat quickly and had me on my way very soon despite my not having an appointment. The people there were polite and friendly and I am very grateful to them as this was not the first flat I have taken there. The charge for the service was fair and again, I was grateful. However, for the next few days the sensor for the air pressure kept beeping and lighting up which made me nervous. Not exactly something you can ignore. I made an appointment this time and took it in and they told me that all tires had the proper pressure. They suggested the weather was a possible culprit as the weather has been running hot and cold lately this Spring. But they reset the air pressure button, double checked the tires, replaced one missing lug nut, and sent me on my way again, and did not charge me this second time. They only had the car into the bay for a few minutes and said bring it back if there are any other concerns. Great service and attitudes and there when you need them! Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!
