  They were the only place that was willing to take us last minute to fix our tire so we could go spend our third anniversary together in Washington DC. Chris got us in and out in under a half an hour and we are incredibly thankful to him and everyone there for getting us on the road safely.

  My parents had a very positive experience there today. The associate they worked with, Gene, was very prompt, courteous, friendly and efficient. The entire process went very smoothly and quickly. They would definitely recommend this place.

  Lots of places can fix a tire but what you don’t always find is a place that is friendly and welcoming. Leland Mavis is a great place to go. They not only fixed my tire but made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I highly recommend them.

  I had a great experience today. Went in last Thursday to replace a tire. They were busy so scheduled for Sunday. Got in easily. Manager took all my info, answered all my questions so I could understand. Car went in and out in 45 minutes. Taking off spare tire, putting new on, rotating tires appropriately and inspecting the work. Put my spare back up under my car. Amazing service.

  I took my car here for a second opinion on my CV Axle Joints/Assembly and suspension. Let me tell you, I’m so glad I did! I was stressed about this possible $1,000+ repair.. if there’s a repair I can’t do myself, I struggle finding honesty amongst mechanics and techs in this area.. but Gene at Mavis was phenomenal! He let me know that everything looked good and that it was just a loose panel on the interior fender.. he fixed it for me and I went about my day. I will absolutely be returning if I do ever need service and I HIGHLY recommend them if you want HONESTY and fair prices. Gene as well as the rest of the staff were great to talk to and they provided excellent customer service.. both are hard to come by and I appreciated it more than they could ever know. THANKS AGAIN GENE!!!
