I made a same day appointment at Mavis, and while they originally did not have the oil my car needed, they had it only a few hours later, and I was not inconvenienced at all. The staff was friendly and professional. I've been to shops in the past that pressure you to have tons of services added on, and even veiled threats about how it's a safety issue, etc. However, I came to Mavis for an oil change, and I got my oil changed with no pressure or fuss whatsoever. The appointment was quick and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely continue to use in the future.

Had my vehicle tow into the place of business to have my tire replaced after having a flat tire on the roadway. I had great customer service and the staff was very friendly. The staff was always in communication with me to keep me updated on the job at hand to make sure that I was back on the road in a timely manner.

I was on my way to the beach when I unexpectedly needed some tire assistance. I made my way to their store and was met by some of the most helpful, kind, and genuinely caring people I have ever encountered. They went above and beyond to help me, making sure everything was taken care of and that I was safely back on my way. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to help turned what could have been a very stressful situation into such a positive experience. Thank you so, so much for your exceptional customer service and, most importantly, for your kindness. It truly meant more to me than you know and was so very appreciated. People like you make a difference! ❤️

A friend of mine recommended that I give this place a try. I have lived in Laurinburg all of my life and I have always shopped local. But here lately, the local shops don't seem to car about their customers that much. I stopped in to Mavis to inquire about an oil change and the guy working upfront was very nice and helpful. Advised me of the price and told me that I did not need an appointment to get the oil change done. He told me whatever was convenient for me, that they would get it done. They did check a slow leak in a tire for me also and found that the valve stem was leaking and they took care of that for me as well. Thank you Mavis Tire and Brakes for coming to town and being another source for automotive repairs.
