  I hate leaving 1 star reviews unless they are absolutely necessary. I brought my vehicle to Mavis on Saturday, August the 29th. I spoke to the service rep and asked to just have my front two tires balanced because I had come in contact with a rodent on the road and believed my wheel weights may have fallen out. I was told we will get that rebalanced for you and get you going. When I returned to receive my keys and pay for serviced performed I was told about a slight imbalance with my passenger tire. They started to say the rotated my front wheels to the back and rear ones to the front. I then told them my vehicle has a staggered(front wheels are narrower then the rear) set up and that is not possible. The service rep corrected himself and said they did not rotate the tires. I was the assured everything was safe and I paid 60 dollars cash and received my receipt and left. Come Sunday morning I go outside to my garage to head out for the day and notice my rear tires are not the width they were when I dropped my vehicle off. After further looking I come to find out they did alter my front wheels to the rear and also didn’t even properly seat the wheels again the spacers on the rear of my car which is extremely dangerous. I was not only lied to but assured that everything was safe to drive off in and it was not. I am truly upset and pissed off because my birthday was Saturday and all I asked for was a balance I left with a vehicle that was unsafe to drive and for services that any decent mechanic would have know not to perform on a staggered vehicle.

  Made an unplanned stop due to low tire pressure. Tommy and his staff was professional, asked that I leave it and they would call once fixed. A few hours later I picked up my car, they found and repaired 2 spots that had nails and replaced the valve stem. Glad there was a convenient location and open on a Saturday.

  My experience with this shop was not as great as everyone else’s. I initially made a reservation to get my two front tires changed out online and made a deposit. I received a call about three hours before my appointment, to notify me that they only had one tire available and it would have to be until the next day or so. Okay cool, no worries. I go in the next day, get my tires changed, online I had initially been told it was going to be about $630, plus my deposit. When I get there they offered me an alignment, I said sure I’m already here. My total was a little shy of $900 for two tires. I get home and realize both my rims were scraped in several places (something that really upset me bc I take pride in the fact that I have not hit a curb since I purchased my car in 2024) anyways I go back and talk to the manager to see what can be done about this. Obviously I don’t want them fixing it because they were the ones who initially scraped them in order to take the tires off. Anyways they asked for an estimate of what someone else would charge to fix them and that corporate had to approve. I had to take my car to the shop to get a valve replacement and I asked the dealership to go ahead and fix my rims since my car was going to be at the shop, and they did. The damage to my rims came out to be around $380. I go back and let them know about what I paid and if there would be any kind of compensation for it, and since I had already paid for it they would not cover any of the costs. So yeah, I ended up paying about $1,300 for two tires at this place. The manager was really nice though.

  I had an outstanding experience with Mavis Tires & Brakes! The entire team was professional, polite, helpful, and extremely easy to work with. They matched the tire prices, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and clearly explained any issues or concerns before moving forward. Their honesty, communication, and excellent customer service truly stood out. They made the whole experience easy and stress-free, and I will definitely return for any future tire or brake needs. I highly recommend them!

  Called a couple days before and made an appointment to get some work done on my car, guy on the phone told me it would take about 2 hours. I had no option but to wait, it was real early in the morning so I figured it wasn’t a big deal since I’ve done this at other shops. Big fella behind the counter got so rude with me when I went to go sit down, telling me that I couldn’t wait and he didn’t know how long it would take… so I went to Haneys tire down the road and they done the service for me, let me wait and it was about $100 less. I wasn’t upset I couldn’t wait. I felt unwelcomed
