  Bought four new tires today for my vehicle with balance, mounting and got an alignment. Amazing service at Mavis Tire in Laurinburg. The staff is patient, kind, and most importantly— helpful!! I will continue to go there again for all my vehicles service needs!!

  I initially called and asked Jason if I could get an oil change within the hour. He kindly let me know that he had nothing available but offered to service my car later in the afternoon. It didn’t fit into my schedule so I declined. Within a minute after hanging up, Jason called and let me know that he just had a cancellation and I could bring my car in for service. I did and he had me in and out within 30 minutes. His customer service was off the charts. As a result of my experience I will definitely be back and will be quick to recommend Mavis Tires.

  Horrible I booked an appointment drove 45 minutes for them to tell me they need to do a diagnostic for an alignment! I work everyday I don’t need anyone to help me save shit! Provide the service I booked and wasted my time coming there to have done! Wasted my time take your service else where.

  Came by yesterday to price a brake job and Tommy met me with a smile and was very pleasant. He explained to me the cost and what kind of warranty came with doing the brakes as well. He said he could schedule me an appointment or take me as a walk in to do the brakes. It is nice to know that we have a shop here in town that is very accommodating. I will definitely be using Mavis for my service needs.

  This location was amazing. I was on my way to myrtle beach when my tire blew. I instantly got off the highway and this Mavis location was the first thing I saw. I met with Jason as soon as I got there and he couldn’t be a nicer person. Despite having multiple customers already there waiting for repairs, he assured me that they would get me taken care of and back on the road. I was only down for a little more than an hour and they had me back on the road. Wes was also very nice and helped get me taken care of and provided excellent service. Tanner was the tech and he got my tire replaced very quickly and did great work. If I lived in the area, I would take all of my car service needs to this location!
