- AKalan kiltonAug 12, 20261.0I am only giving it a 1 because I can not give it lower. I reserved a vehicle in May for my vacation (cruise) scheduled on July 31. I went to the rental office, which is close to the office I work at, several times to ask about documents/information that I would need for all drivers. I reserved a premium SUV due to passenger and luggage capacity. The day before I was to pick up and leave I noticed no vehicles on the lot and went over to ask about my reservation to find out that they would not have anything for me. I then called around and reserved another one on the day before we are to leave at Fayetteville airport. Went to the airport and paid and signed paperwork and was asked to look at a minivan to see if it would work. After looking and telling them no that I will still need the SUV I was informed it had to go into be serviced. After asking how long it would be the attendant became loud and rude stating he would not be able to rent to me and could not explain why although we had paid for it already and signed the forms. I then called to see if any other location had one available and went to the Raford Rd office after making a third reservation to find out they did not have one either although I was parked next to one. Three reservations later I rented the same one from hertz at the airport. Also I was told on 2 different occasions the I would be called back and am still waiting on a call almost 2 weeks later. Also being a preferred customer due to years of renting with enterprise doesn't matter!!!
