    My girlfriend reserve a 15 passenger van in March 2026 for today June 12th and was yesterday that it was lock in now that she here it's nothing available.

    I will change my review if they fix my situation tomorrow. I reserved a van to be able to hold my family, softball gear, and all our luggage for a tournament in VA I get a call today saying they can't tell me if they will have one by 830 in the morning. 830 was our pick up time. Offered a 15 passenger van. What will I do with that with 5 ppl and gas almost $5? I reserved this a little over a week ago I want to say. If you aren't able to provide certain vehicles, why offer these on the websites? What is the point of a reservation?

    I pre booked my car online with my credit card. The car was ready for me when I got there all I had to do was walk with the agent during his inspection and and pay the car was very clean as well a very quick and seamless experience. I will definitely be using them again in the future
