  Excellent customer service!! Super friendly and thorough. Didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need. In and out in 15 minutes and they had coupons.

  Oil Change, New to area. Bought my car in and service was great. Very professional personnel. Like the idea of being able to sit in my car for oil change. I will be back for other services the provide.

  Sent from my iPhone, I’ve never had any issues with Valvoline until today when I visited them to have some work done on my car’s air conditioning unit. Initially, the gentleman informed me that they don’t perform air conditioning work. However, he later admitted that they do it but have only done one in a long time. To make matters worse, their machine was down. They provided numerous excuses, but their website clearly states that they do service air conditioning units. It’s disappointing that they don’t have this information prominently displayed on their website if it’s not available.

  Had an oil change today. This team is amazing. They were so busy and making it happen! I cant say Id be nearly as pleasant doing the work they do in this heat! Everyone is friendly and the communication was superior. I dont want to go anywhere else. But the way, they also beat the competition on price by 35 dollars!

  Buyers be aware! Do not trust the air filter service at Valvoline Knightdale location. I went in for a quick oil change and followed their recommendation to replace the air filter. I later noticed my car having hesitation. I didn't associate it with the air filter replacement and took it to the dealership. The dealership assessment was a ill fitted collasped air filter in the box, which allowed debris into the MAF. During the service at Valvoline I recalled the technicians having difficulty with replacing the air filter back into the car. I guess they forced it to fit which led to the collapse. The dealership shown me a video of the collapse air filter in the box. I ended up having a costly repair on my vehicle. Ryan Cooper the store manager at Valvoline was very rude blamed me for taking too long and failing to bring the car back to Valvoline to fix the problem. I expressed to him I didn't associate it with the air filter. Finally, Bradley the area manager had the same story, stating the mileage I drove the car or other justification like it was going to fail any ways or wouldnot have beenable to drive the car. However, I keep up with my car recommended dealership services. Buyers DO NOT TRUST Knightdale Valvoline with air filter replacement, they will not accept responsibility if something fails and blame you. I am sure it is the same for all services. I have used them it the past for a quick in between oil change but no more! BE AWARE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
