  I went for a NC state inspection and i was told that I needed new windshield wiper blades in order to pass. I said ok, replace them. Everything was going fine until he tried to replace my windshield wipers. When he couldn't, he supposedly put them back on. As I was riding down highway 70, it started to rain. I turned on my windshield wipers and the driver's side completely flew off creating extremely limited visibility.

  lacks honesty in regards to pricing. Got my brake lights replaced a previous time before and it was $16, and the next visit i was charged $30 for miscellaneous labor charge by a white woman.

  This was my first time at a Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The store manager, Ryan, came over to greet us right as we pulled in. He was very polite and informed us that it would be about a 15 minute wait, and directed us to a specific bay. Annie and Kadence were my service team members up top and they were so nice. The whole process was quick and efficient, and the customer service was awesome. I will definitely be back.

  I am never one to really be interested in oil changes or anything like that, but this place had my attention the whole time!! all of the staff is so sweet and very reassuring. felt like very personal customer service. definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone :))

  If I could do 0 stars, I would...it was better before the "new mangement" took over. It's very unprofessional to 'bad mouth' a customer in front of the customer to another employee who thinks the customer can't hear or isn't listening. I specifically twice to make sure my oil was filled and leveled at 4.5 quarts. For the 2nd time out of 3 visits, too much oil was poured in. I had to stop my day travel plans and come back to this store to have oil removed. The store manager Ryan looked at me crazy when I returned and told him the issue. To have to explain again the too much oil will ruin my vehicle and as if I didn't know what I was talking about even after seeing my service indicators for my oil on my vehicle dashboard. I clearly spoke with him and another technician 'Que' he day before to make sure I had the correct amount. For $150.00 a person would expect I receive the service I am.paying for. Change management may have happened at this store but knowledgeable manager have not installed. I do not appreciate being treated differently because I am a female. If I owned an extractor, I would save myself $1000 per year. No apology no discount offered just rudeness. I will never refer another person. I want money back.
