  Excellent service this morning by Sam at the AutoZone in Knightdale, North Carolina. So professional in supporting me and picking out windshield wipers at a great price and installing them on my vehicle as I had for an out of town trip. What a great way to start a morning!

  Usually any other stores and any employee runs commercial accounts. On this store the employees doesn’t how to run commercial after hours (5pm) but the manager should be able to handle but this particular manager today abril 15 at 8pm doesn’t what or has slack knowledge not even because of because of a $7 dollar return item saying the employee and manager that i need to return it at the purchase store. So decide to leave the store and not buying what i had already had on hand with items maybe almost $200. So I’ll never coming back to this store. Because it happened the same few times . Por lo general, en cualquier otra tienda, cualquier empleado es capaz de gestionar las cuentas comerciales. En esta tienda en particular, los empleados no saben cómo gestionar las cuentas comerciales fuera del horario habitual (después de las 5 p. m.); si bien el gerente debería ser capaz de hacerlo, este gerente en concreto —hoy, 15 de abril, a las 8 p. m.— demostró no desear hacer la venta comercial, o bien poseer conocimientos muy deficientes. Esto quedó patente incluso con la devolución de un artículo de tan solo 7 dólares, momento en el que tanto el empleado como el gerente me indicaron que debía realizar la devolución en la tienda donde se efectue mi compra original. Por consiguiente, decidí abandonar la tienda y no comprar los artículos que ya tenía en la mano, cuyo valor ascendía a casi 200 dólares. Así pues, no volveré jamás a esta tienda, ya que una situación idéntica ha ocurrido en varias ocasiones anteriores.

  Jeff Johnson, a commercial counter salesman, went above and beyond to help me, despite me NOT having a commercial account. He treated me like one of his regulars, rang me up, and I was on my way. Employees like Jeff are what make me an Autozone customer for life

  Manager Sam E saved the day for me. I just moved to Knightdale this year and I have no idea where to go for customer service. I do now. Everyone here was attentive and knowledgeable. Each employee treated me and every customer who came in the store during the morning rush with care and professionalism. I recommend this store to anyone in the market for auto parts and knowledge.
