  If myself or anyone in my family is thinking of getting a new vehicle we always go straight to David Eacho! We have bought several cars from there over the years and know he will always lead us in the right direction! We wanted something a little bigger after having a baby and he didn’t stop til he found exactly what we wanted. We ended up with a 2025 Traverse and couldn’t be happier! If you know him, then you know you’re in good hands and that’s why we will always come back!

  I have personally bought 10 vehicles from this location. I refer my family and friends. You walk on the lot and feel as if you have not only a personal Concierge, but an interior designer of 'what do you really envision in you driveway?' , who helps me figure out why I need this particular vehicle. Doesn't matter if I'm on the 4x4 on the beach, in the mountains camping, hauling a trailer, driving to the office, or just taking 2 great danes to the vet. These guys know me. They know what I like, they ask what I'm looking for, and they actually care about my satisfaction. I love the Boyds OBX Chevy Team. I know most of this family by name. You don't get that in many places, you do here.

Even though we live in Chesapeake, we gladly make the drive to the Outer Banks because of David Eacho and the outstanding personal service he provides. David always goes above and beyond to make the buying experience easy, honest, and enjoyable. His professionalism and genuine care for his customers are the reason I continue to recommend both him and Boyd's OBX Chevrolet to family and friends.   I needed a new SUV and I wanted to buy close to home. I chose what I wanted online after some research then spoke to David. A day later he drove it up to my job. We went back to the dealership and after an hour I pulled out in a beautiful brand new Traverse! If there is an issue they are right here, if I need an oil change, they are right here. One less worry is an amazing thing! Definitely recommend giving them a shot! Even with body work. I needed that on one of my SUVs, they were quick and it looked great.

  I’ve purchased or traded at least 8–10 vehicles over the years, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. I’m still working the same people I met when I bought my first vehicle here, which says a lot about the dealership and the relationships they build with their customers. Everyone is fantastic—from the sales team to service and even the body shop (I hit parked stuff). Bob K has always been my person 💙 and truly feels like family at this point. As an adult, I’ve only purchased vehicles from Bob and I am fairly certain he makes it a lot easier than it’s supposed to be. I honestly can’t imagine buying a car from anyone else. It would be weird. The service department is just as impressive. Bob in Service actually texts me when my vehicle is due for maintenance - not a level of customer service you should expect at such a huge dealership. Even the guy who coordinate the loaner vehicles is super friendly, professional, and always greets me by name. . I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Boyd, and he has been wonderful as well. He certainly brings a small business feel to very large full service dealership.
