- RWRichard WrightJun 18, 20261.0My mother in law took her car here to get her oil and oil filter changed and now it’s leaking oil so badly that when my wife was following, her windshield was completely covered in oil and couldn’t even see to drive. Lost 4 quarts of oil after driving for 20 minutes. They messed something up badly and now her car has just been sitting in my driveway ever since and she is freaking out because she needs a car to get to work. Do not trust this place. Take your car to a real mechanic.

It was very hot out and I was offered to sit inside with air conditioning. I asked if water was an available and I was able to get two cups of purified drinking water. The technician came all the way inside to show me my new oil condition. I recommend getting your oil change here. It was a fast, friendly and satisfying experience. Thank you Team Kinston Valvoline. Special thanks to Timothy, Zach, Dawquan and Darion. Sending blessing to you all and I will see you on my next oil life due date.
