  Thank you so much for coming to our rescue this hot Friday afternoon. Prompt service. Professional demeanor. Made sure we were safe and taken care of before leaving our truck at the dealership. Sure hope we don’t break down again but highly recommend this company for your towing needs.

  Best for oil changes. We asked them to change the transmission fluid - two weeks in advance - as part of the last oil change. It must have been a big surprise because they lacked the parts needed. So we waited on them to let us know when the parts came in. They never called - we had to call them. Back to the shop - and they failed AGAIN to have the parts. They know what kind of car we have, we've been going there regularly for two years. So I asked for a call back - and we were handed a number to call. Oh - and before I forget, this garage kept putting in half a quart too little oil. They failed to recognize that the filter sits on top of the engine, and that it has to fill before you check oil levels. Glad I could help - I hate having to be the expert around 'experts'. I'll not bother with these people any more. It's always something.

  Broke down in Kinston an hour away from our destination , mechanic came to us and tried to help on the spot. Ended up needing a tow to their garage. They fixed us up and got us on our way! Everyone was friendly and helpful.
