  The Enterprise and Kinston the folks there are very well experienced than what they do. They were courteous and kind they were fast did not take long and we were very informative and they do what they say they do.

  Booked a guaranteed vehicle a MONTH in advance. When I arrived, they told me they didn’t have my vehicle and refused to help. Instead of finding an alternative, the staff told me to call around and seek out other branches myself. It gets worse….. I called the corporate customer service line to fix this. The agent 100% guaranteed me a vehicle was waiting at the Greenville branch. He explicitly told me I could pick it up after 12:00 PM because they close at 2:00 PM. I drove 40 minutes out of my way to Greenville, only to find the doors locked. They were closed for rentals and only accepting returns.Enterprise completely failed to fulfill a booked contract, lied about inventory, gave false operational hours, and left me stranded with absolutely zero assistance. Unprofessional, disorganized, and completely unacceptable customer service. Avoid at all costs.

  I left a wedding ban house keys and vehicle key, Colton was nice enough to inform me of items left behind. Colton had the items ready when I arrived. Nice job. They gave me a clean vehicle also, excellent service thanks

  Made a reservation a month ago, I get to enterprise and was told they didn’t have the vehicle I reserved. I asked why wasn’t I contacted beforehand to avoid the inconvenience/issue and was told they were short staff, however at least one employee was sitting on his phone. If availability is an issue what is the purpose of a reservation? If you have notice of a customer coming to pick up a vehicle, if you don’t have the vehicle the customer should be notified it’s simple customer relations. Also the vehicle they tried to offer me had bald tires…why would I willing ride in that??? Currently going on hour 2 waiting for the area manager to contact me, putting me hours behind for my families road trip. If you do decide to rent from here I recommend calling everyday or at everyday to ensure they are checking their reservations and have the vehicle you reserved in stock.
