I was in and out in no time. I was informed of all of my charges upfront and the young man helping me was very professional.

I wish I could give zero stars. They changed my air filters and now there is a loud squealing noise in the cabin of the car when the air is on. I took it back and they were basically like yes, there’s a leaf in there, sorry. I have to now take it to the dealership. The dealership is telling me they have to take the dashboard apart and that there is no way leaves were on the airfilter that bad, that it is a common scam that STRICKLAND BROS uses by putting leaves on the filters before they bring it around to your window to show you ‘how dirty your filters are’. A simple filter exchange has now cost me hundreds. The staff there are thoughtless and lazy.

I had a great experience at Strickland, and I especially want to recognize Chris for his outstanding customer service. He was friendly, funny, patient, and genuinely helpful. This is my first time coming in for an oil change. However, I wasn’t sure which type of oil my vehicle needed. He never rushed me or pressured me into choosing the most expensive package. Instead, he explained each option, answered my questions, and gave me time to gather the information I needed to make an informed decision. Chris made me feel like my concerns mattered, not like I was just another transaction. His patience, kindness, and effort made a lasting impression. Thank you, Chris, for earning my trust and my business. I’ll be a customer for life.
